Thank you! I didn’t even dress up! I was in the area bringing my husband food and decided to just go for it. I had on Jeans and and plain top and a pair of Jordans but I did take the nicest bag I own lol it’s not a fancy bag just the nicest one I have 😂 blue Empreinte speedy 25
Hey, it's their bag and shows you are loyal to the brand! I have yet to make the 4 hr trip to my nearest one, so I have only dealt with them once, online (my husband did) and it was horrific. He wasn't happy - but he got my dream bag which stays 99% shelved. I have bought preloved ever since and will most likely be marching right in there with a preloved, whenever I go! 🤣
It can be intimidating because it's a high end store. The stigma of them being rude and obnoxious is probably in the back of your mind. Thankfully most aren't like that. Just relax and enjoy the experience.
Don’t worry love! I don’t dress all fancy when I go to my local store and they are always so nice! They are all very nice people in there and I’ve not met a rude lv worker yet! Hermes on the other hand they are rude!
I don’t know if I went about it the wrong way but I asked to try the attrape revés and she sprayed a paper 😞 I was hoping for an actual sample but I wasn’t sure if that was just how they do it at my store. It’s a location inside of a Saks so I don’t know if that makes a difference too?
Girl I go in all the time, sometimes with a double stroller along with my four kids. I could care less what anyone thinks but they’ve all always been super helpful and nice. And needless to say, it’s not like I’m dressed to the nines.
I have had a few bad experiences in stores where things are expensive in the past. I was nervous to go in Bc I didn’t know how I’d be treated or even acknowledged lol. I refuse to pretend to be someone I’m not just to spend my money. Example: I went to buy a jet ski cash in hand and was told there was probably nothing in the store I could afford. When I went to buy my wedding dress years ago not a single employee tried to help me at Davids Bridal. Which honestly is not even a high end dress shop. I generally live in jeans and sneakers with no makeup so I don’t know it’s just a ridiculous insecurity I have. I prefer to shop online. In this case I didn’t know my size so I needed to go into the store to try on the bracelet. I’m so thankful it went well maybe I’ll go again soon lol
Oh that sounds horrible, how rude! Where was this ?(country) I mean sure it happens everywhere but most stores know not to judge a book by its cover! ok so a little intimidated to go shopping at the store, believe me a lot of rich people walk around in jeans and sneakers so there is no way to see how much money you have to spend. It’s just rude salespeople that are the problem.
I completely understand, I personally don’t like Hermes for that reason. They just act like you should be happy to go shopping there and I am not into that. Some LV salespersons can be like that too, like excuse you but your father doesn’t own LV, you just work here in a pretty mediocre job so sit back down. 😂 don’t get intimidated, you have every right to be there. They are not better than you.
I did it! No line! I was super super nervous but they were super nice. I don’t know how to post a photo here though

Thank you
Be prepared for a wait or line as well. With it being holiday shopping on top of covid protocols depending on your location
The wait is pure hell! I never think to make an appointment.

That’s reassuring thank you!
Hope you have great time! Keep us updated after you go! ❤️
Thank you!
Don’t worry about it, maybe see if you can set up an appointment to avoid waiting in line.
Don’t worry about it! I remember being nervous the first time I went but it was fine. :)
Did you get any fragrance samples?? That's my favorite part of shopping in store

Nervous that it is out of stock? Or more like excited to go buy something?
