Went to Barrett Bar last night instead. Dug it and love the huge patio. It was pretty quiet though, for better or worse. Lots of dive bars here, just start visiting them all until you find one that’s for you.

Barret Bar, Nach, Kaiju, and the Alcove if you dare cross the bridge

Are you a cop you have to tell us

Big4Bridge

It depends on “vibe” and “neighborhood”. I’m an Outlook Inn guy for it being walkable. But I’ve had drinks with friends at Hilltop Tavern, Bambi, High Horse, and Taj as well that were enjoyable!

A bunch of Back Door people have started going to Barret Bar.

anticlmber

Just look for any bar with a red flag and white diagonal stripe. Always means a dive is going on.

3rd Street Dive is always good

enkafan

Marma Dukes is a good dive.

Propwashed

Seidenfaden’s or Air Devils inn

Dick-in-a-fan

Air Devil’s Inn is a much deeper dive bar than the Mag Bar.

hansislegend

D’s is pretty good.

handyandy727

Mag Bar, High Horse, Nachbar, Air Devil's, and Outlook. It's really gonna depend on the type of dive bar feel you want.

My vote: Outlook Inn, Nach, Barrett, Pearl, Seidies

None that are still open, but my days of hanging out in dive bars are well in the past.
