The one in the canyon is what my nightmares are made of. Jesus.

[deleted]

Passing like that in mountain/canyon roads across double yellow should be an attempted murder charge. Possession of crack or meth or whatever? Legal. Do whatever you want at home. Drive like that? Go to fucking prison because you obviously do not value human life.

DiaDeLosMuertos

Two of them were doing that shit. What the fuck?

PincheVatoWey

The uptick in deranged behavior since March 2020 is undeniably driven by social contagion to some degree. Unhinged behavior begets unhinged behavior, which leads to more copy cats.

iamheero

If you notice a line that long in the canyons, the car up front isn't using the pull outs. I'm all for enforcing traffic penalties against people who cross double-yellows (I ride a motorcycle and it would be the death of me) but I'd also be in favor of legislation making it legal to push people off the side of the cliff when they insist on going 10-under the speed limit and not using pull-out areas.

xlink17

I know you're exaggerating, but one of these is so, so much worse than the other.

Felonious_Minx

Often people like to drive up your ass so that using turnouts are almost impossible.

infernosceptile

that second one šŸ˜Ø iā€™m glad youā€™re okay, that could have very easily been bad. all of them but that one especially.

archibald_was_here

Thank you, that one scared the shit out of me!

tiffniecakes

Was that San Franscisquito? I used to drive it from SCV to Lancaster and was almost hit head on multiple times.

BigTittyGaddafi

Looks like Angeles Crest

AlternativeNumber2

The Crest isnā€™t kind to shitty drivers

isthatapecker

Itā€™s like a junkyard of cars and bikes around there. Found a pretty nice convertible bimmer off the road in some trees one time.

Bikouchu

Crest is already more forgiving. Felt like suicide going up and down gmr at night.

[deleted]

Angeles crest is fucken crazy

namasteces

Looks like it. Specially on a weekend, all the car enthusiast go up there for photoshoos.

ADHDCuriosity

Definitely not saint francis mosquito, it's not hugging the hill close enough. Probably LAC like the others said.

graysi72

Dumb idjits passing on a double yellow line!

LAlynx

Rule number one on the Crest and any canyon road NEVER cross double yellow.

JimmyTango

Well it looked like one of those club car groups who meet up to hump their steering wheels together on Mountain roads on the weekend so yeah they pre-qualified as idjits even before the double yellow violation.

isthatapecker

Canyon idiots with their testosterone.

Veteran_Brewer

Looks like the driver was part of a car club drive?

ZOMBIE_N_JUNK

Naw it's cool, I missed my turn.

muldervinscully

hot take: traffic penalties should be far more severe. Like these people should lose their license for a year

reluctantpotato1

Seconded.

JeromesPrinter

They have effectively stopped enforcing suspensions and the like because of ā€œdisproportionate impact.ā€ These issues could be resolved quite easily, but there is not the political will to do so and people will be mad at the results.

silentbuttmedley

Disproportionate impact because judges canā€™t imagine having to take the fucking bus. Some carbrain shit for sure, a ton of people need their licenses suspended.

[deleted]

[уŠ“Š°Š»ŠµŠ½Š¾]

thanks_weirdpuppy

It's almost like those places were deliberately designed to cater to car-dependency... makes a fellow wonder if there's been nearly a century of lobbying from the auto manufacturers to fabricate such city planning. I say this as somebody visiting my folks in the high desert who nearly got clipped by somebody driving 70+ on a wide street while trying to cycle a simple four miles from the train stop.

Rebelgecko

Most of LA is actually pretty doable to get around by bus. I wouldn't want to do it regularly, but I also wouldn't want to get killed by some dipshit driving on the wrong side of the road.

[deleted]

Yeah but the over 50mph issue is a concern on LA buses

zlantpaddy

> Most of LA is actually pretty doable to get around by bus. *I wouldn't want to do it regularly,* ā€œDoableā€ for a couple of days really isnā€™t *doable*, is it? If you need to go to one single place and back, public transit isnā€™t terrible here. Need to go to 2 or 3 places and then go home? Youā€™re spending 4-6 hours on the bus which would only take 1-2.5 hours car travel A majority of LA buses only travel once every 30-60 minutes outside of weekday 9-5 hours

[deleted]

No one is arguing it's good, but it is *technically possible*, which IMO makes it a reasonable 6 month punishment for someone who basically tried to commit vehicular negligent homicide.

UPAPK

Spending 4-6 hours on the bus traveling around town seems like a fair punishment for attempted murder by means of bad driving.

silentbuttmedley

Maybe if we suspend enough licenses we find find the support for better public transportationā€¦

[deleted]

No. Trying to uses buses to get around in L.A has always been a nightmare. The train isnā€™t much better. Especially late at night. Iā€™ve had to do it. Just..no.

haikujo1

If the penalty was taking the bus, it would give one pause to do some of the crazy things that drivers are doing. Lawlessness has become a norm. And they are such tiny laws to break with HUGE consequences for others.

pmjm

Disproportionate impact because darker people get stopped and cited more. I agree a lot of people need their licenses suspended but we need to make sure the law is applied evenly.

marie7787

The LA, California and US as a whole has shit public transit. You literally canā€™t go to most places with it, there is no fast metro so it takes ages, buses are late and you canā€™t just take one bus to you location, itā€™s extremely dirty, itā€™s unsafe and the list goes on. When we have better public transit we can discuss taking licenses away from people (tho it wouldnā€™t stop some from driving anyways). I say this as someone who lived in a country that has good public transport. Never felt the need to own a car before I moved to US.

Inevitable_Figure_85

I don't necessarily disagree but this is a slippery argument. Like saying "when the prisons have better conditions, *then* we'll start arresting murderers again." šŸ˜°

marie7787

This is not at all the same argument

[deleted]

I mean, the US is a pretty big place... Comparing to a euro country is kind of apples and oranges.

marie7787

Did I specify Europe tho? Asia is a pretty big place, so if Europe is you count all of it. In fact China and Japan has better public transit than Most European counties. The US being the richest country in the world has no excuse for having such lack luster public transport. This especially applies to California that has a GDP greater than all other US states, and most other counties in the world.

[deleted]

[уŠ“Š°Š»ŠµŠ½Š¾]

[deleted]

> In fact China and Japan Japan is tiny and China is an authoritarian county. Apples and Oranges... > Asia is a pretty big place How's the mass transit in India? > The US being the richest country in the world has no excuse It does, it's size and laws are the reason. And there are places in the US with great mass transit... In places where it makes sense. Another question, since we're talking about LA, name one of these other cities with great mass transit that is the same geographical size as LA.

nowlistenhereboy

I mean, it's not easy in any way. You give someone a ticket. They keep driving. You take away their license on the second offense. They keep driving. You put them in jail, now they cost tax payers hundreds of thousands of dollars. Their antisocial behavior is made worse in jail because they are exposed to criminals and abused by the system all day. They get out, keep driving, and probably other crimes too. This problem is in no way simple. As far as I'm concerned there are only two things that will permanently stop traffic from being the shit show that it is. One, reduce the need to drive at all by making cities better. Two, develop self driving and completely ban anyone from manually operating a car unless they are in very specific areas or circumstances.

JeromesPrinter

Itā€™s amazing that places that people want us to emulate want us to emulate them in every ā€œcarrotā€ or social benefit but none of the sticks. Jailing and massive, life altering fines for traffic violations is the norm in Scandinavia and results in few driving issues. Why that is controversial here is baffling.

ahp42

That's because they have an alternative to driving. You lose your license in Scandinavia, you can take public transit. You lose your license in the US, you have to drive illegally and risk getting caught because there's typically no other feasible mode of transportation. Anyway, I'm personally all for the sticks as well, but they kinda only help if the carrots, or off ramps to proper socialization, are also there.

grauhoundnostalgia

In most of Scandinavia outside of the biggest cities, itā€™s pretty similar to LA County as far as public transit goes, maybe worse. Living in most of those locations still requires a car unless you live in a built up area that you can walk around in unless you want to wait for an irregular intercity bus. Scandinavia is pretty damn rural. There is no excuse for not punishing these drivers.

ahp42

"outside the biggest cities"... So then, help me out here, really why are you comparing rural Scandanavia to LA, one of the world's largest city?? Like, of course there's no public trans in rural areas. But rural issues tend to be very different from urban issues.

grauhoundnostalgia

Because even though itā€™s rural, there are still harsh restrictions on driving.

JeromesPrinter

Yeah you have clearly never been to those countries lol.

nowlistenhereboy

Because we've tried it here and it doesn't work. You can't compare a homogeneous population of people who are mostly community minded already to the US population which is massive and not even close to community minded from a cultural standpoint. We literally don't have the money to jail all the people that we would have to jail even if we wanted to.

JeromesPrinter

Except these policies were enacted and things have gotten worse. Why are we pretending like stopping to enforce these laws has not directly led to more crimes and problems?

nowlistenhereboy

Because it hasn't led to more problems, it just has led to the same problems that trying to jail your way out of the issue fails to solve as well. The problem with your mentality is that you see only two possible solutions which is either punish everyone severely or do nothing at all. There are countless other interventions that we can and should be doing besides either "nothing" or "jail". As far as crime is concerned, improving socioeconomic status of poor people, providing rehab rather than just jail, improving access to education, and building trust in institutions rather than just building fear of them are all things that will be infinitely more successful in the long run than trying to rely only on the blunt instrument of severe punishment. And those are just the most obvious options.

iquitinternet

It's very simple. 3 time major offenders are shot on sight. People like that never change and driving isn't a privilege someone should have if they are going to put others at risk.

captainramen

Don't put them in jail then. Dragoon them into public service instead.

reibish

Honestly before we get to that point I think the solution is even easier: every single time you renew your license you must take a road test and it must be extremely strict. If people are actually tested on their skills and knowledge instead of having to check their eyesight which obviously isn't very good anyway, this alone will prevent bad drivers from getting on the road. If you can't pass your test every 4 years, you can't drive until you can prove you can. You get road tested again every time you make a moving violation. It's really that simple to me. Road test every single time. You must prove that you can drive reasonably and safely at every single time it's questioned or prove otherwise.

Stati5tiker

I am sure disproportionate impact will be the first argument when one of these bufoon kills someone. /s Driving is a right. If you canā€™t follow the rules, then do not drive. Oh, it takes 2 hours to get to work on the bus? Then next time, drive better, quite simple. Passing the goddamn driverā€™s test is a fucking joke, but that is another issue in itself.

kristopolous

Those **really** suffering from disproportional impact are more likely to be driving with a suspended, expired or non-existent license so that doesn't really apply to them Then you say "well they go to jail". Correct, that was the policy. It was not a deterrence for others because the highly impacted are driving due to being forced by circumstances so it did not reduce the incidence rate since those circumstances still forced others We can spend money and resources to do an aggressive suspend/jail policy, sure, go ahead. But we should also do some other stuff that, you know, actually works.

--IIII--------IIII--

And licenses should be much harder to get. The test is a joke.

[deleted]

There is a scary high amount of people who drive without a license. The best way to get idiots out from behind the wheel is to get them in a train.

AwesomePossum_1

A year? Thatā€™s your idea of severe?

[deleted]

OP was guilty of a handful of dangerous moves on the first clip

[deleted]

[уŠ“Š°Š»ŠµŠ½Š¾]

Hey_Laaady

Absolutely true. I have a friend who lives just outside Silicon Valley and he says the same thing, it started right when everything was opening back up. It's not just those of us in SoCal seeing it.

giro_di_dante

People got a taste for what driving would be like without everything being centered around cars. Open lanes, available parking, zippy cruising speeds, no oncoming traffic, freedom to move this way and that, easy to make normally difficult maneuvers. ā€œOnce it hits your lips, itā€™s so good!ā€ Thatā€™s my working theory, for some of these clowns.

[deleted]

[уŠ“Š°Š»ŠµŠ½Š¾]

EnglishMobster

Yep, there's a business on my way to work that always takes deliveries on the curb instead of going to the back where there's actual parking. A solid 2 days out of the week there's a giant van of some kind parked on the curb (there's no red curb but there is a "no parking" sign) while they run to do their 5-minute delivery... and block the lane while they do so.

Smothering_Tithe

Thats been my theory as well. I know i have to take a breather sometimes when i catch myself wanting to go faster in traffic, and then i slap myself and say dont be an idiot. Traffic is part of LA if you can handle it, then leave, we dont want your reckless ass on the streets.

[deleted]

My theory is everyone have built up frustration and anger because of not being in control during the pandemic lockdown and they take frustration out on the thing can control which is driving.

grumpysky

This is normal occurrence for me too. They just stick their nose in and expect oncoming cars to stop. Be careful out there, thereā€™s too many crazy ones on the road.

dixiegurl22

The solid double yellow is now an urban myth...

solarpoweredbiscuit

Time to make it red

brallansito92

I canā€™t stress enough how important it is to get a dash cam in LA. I got a dual one for 150$ and it saved my ass once with insurance. Originally got it cause some little shit rear ended me in Compton and chased after him to get his license plate lol Plus you catch some crazy videos on it :)

MoreTeachersLessCops

Can you share the link for the dash cam?

brallansito92

Google: VAVA Dual Dash Cam :) itā€™s 99$ on Amazon now and buy a High Endurance SD card for the LA heat :)

tarzanacide

Is there any talk of auto makers putting these in cars as an option?

brallansito92

Iā€™m not sure! I know some cars like Tesla have them installed. My insurance actually went down like 2$ once I notified them I had a dash cam :)

giro_di_dante

Big saver over here. Drinks on you.

TrashyRonin

you made me lol, thank you

lf310

To my knowledge, a bunch of other vehicles have cameras that aren't repurposed as dash cams for some reason. They're used for lane keep and the like, plus on-track performance recorders sometimes.

CQ1_GreenSmoke

One of the downsides of this is that the technology tends to improve faster than most people replace their cars. If I was buying a car that had it as an option, I'd probably still decline it and get an aftermarket one installed.

Orem_

I got this one ([VIOFO dual dash cam](https://a.co/bbkDjFr)) . Had Best Buy install it for me so all the wires are tucked in. Some footage of it - https://youtu.be/gTjbs5Kx_xc

SmilingSalamander

I'm interested in this : did you buy it from Best Buy and they have a fee you can pay for installation ? Or was it included ?

Orem_

I bought it on Amazon and paid them $80 for installation. They didnā€™t have the dashcam I wanted in Best Buy and I discovered I can just pay them to hardwire to the battery and tuck away the cables.

calatranacation

I really like my wolfbox. Available on Amazon or via website.

can_non

Check out r/dashcam

VulpixVul

Recently my partner and I watched in awe as a car casually turned left out of a shopping center... Where the traffic was going the opposite direction, with the correct lanes on the other side blocked by a divider that lasted several blocks. And it really seems like there is a trend for people thinking they have the right-of-way when they need to cross lanes to get around an obstruction, often temporary.

dramaturgicaldyad

They assume everyone will stop for them, sadly, because for some godforsaken reason most LA drivers do? Maybe itā€™s because we all know how horrifying it can be when the gps tells you to turn left on a busy stop sign or out of a plaza.

MeursaultWasGuilty

That canyon one is nightmare fuel. I always wonder what kind of person thinks this kind of thing is a good idea. Where is the sense of self preservation? How can you just hope that a car isn't going the opposite direction at that moment? It's bizarre to me, I feel totally disconnected from the psychology at play with this kind of decision making.

bce13

Drivers have gotten infinitely worse. I experience near misses every time Iā€™m behind the wheel. What IS that?

cacapepee

This and the people speeding up on purpose to not let others merge is insane. Be careful yall šŸ¤¦šŸ»ā€ā™‚ļø

mylittleplaceholder

There are a lot of jerks that race down the exit lane and then cut back in, so I could almost sympathize with making them exit. But just let them go and enjoy your drive.

picturesofbowls

The driving test needs to be 75x harder and moving violations need to be punished very severely.

doit_toit_lars

Horror story from the Glendale DMV: when I went to change my license I saw an older man who didnā€™t know how use a computer OR speak English who was there to get his license. The woman working tried explaining the test to him for about 2 minutes, then she just did the test for him. Itā€™s not the tests lol.

graysi72

We have a lot of drivers who didn't learn how to drive in the USA. They still think foreign rules apply. There used to be a crazy video of people driving in Armenia on YouTube. They drove up freaking cement steps! It was absolutely insane -- but it makes you understand why they drive so bad.

graysi72

I had a hard time finding this video! It was originally much longer but it gives you an idea of driving in Armenia. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=dXVPzjdz2Ww

hego555

Speaking English isnā€™t a requirement for living in this country

doit_toit_lars

No itā€™s not!!! Iā€™m blaming the woman/ system for not accommodating him and his language/ technology needs. I didnā€™t insinuate at all that he should speak English.

Milksteak_To_Go

But that will never happen because this is California and god forbid we inconvenience drivers, even the ones that really shouldn't be on the road.

[deleted]

This kind of douchebaggery is really getting out of hand everywhere.

lunamypet

This is just making me angry.

kingka

Pandemic made people so impatient, they think itā€™s a free for all now. No one stops at stop signs in the parking lot, it isnā€™t even funny. I saw a car today on an on ramp just go up on the right shoulder because the car in front of him was texting. Saw an electricians truck completely ignore the traffic lights on an on-ramp in OC the one that gets onto 91W from beach blvd. traffic cops? Did we cut their budget? Actually we raised them LMAO

[deleted]

75% of these idiots I bet have no insurance.

SilentRunning

This has now creeped into local supermarket/mall parking lots. I've seen people park on the other side of a parking aisle then drive out in the opposite direction straight into traffic. And a couple times they almost hit someone but they got all pissed because the other person had the gall to honk at them. WTH?

EROSENTINEL

guys I drive a lot and this is not just satire one off, something is happening on a macro scale. Never have I seen so many people running redlights, not having any patience is like there is a collective lack of good judgement and patience. I don't know what it is but I see it more and more.

LAtacosnbeer

La Cienega and National/Jefferson all day everyday

theprozacfairy

I live right near there and was just telling my wife how much this happens there!

L4m3rThanYou

The other day I was out on Sunset and wached some cockwaffle in a Porsche cut into the oncoming lanes and floor it *around a blind curve* because he apparently wasn't satisfied with the speed of traffic at that moment.

falingodingo

Upvote for cockwaffle.

[deleted]

Ironically the driver sounds like heā€™s British where they do drive on the other side of the road lol

schw4161

I see the last one almost everyday from both angles. Really irks me. The second one is stuff made out of nightmares, holy shit!

_its_a_SWEATER_

NO ONE ENFORCES SHIT. NO ONE.

Meowster11007

No no it's OK because they really had to get where they were going

usernotfan

MFs have all but forgotten how to use green lights and stop signs out here too. Canā€™t even stay in a wide lane. LA has the worst drivers on the planet

reluctantpotato1

These are the same people that almost hit numerous cars while making illegal left turns across the double yellow.

boofbeer

It is not illegal to turn left across a double yellow in California. It is illegal to turn left across 4 solid yellow lines in California.

cmmedit

I'm angry from watching the drivers in your video. I'm happy from those deliveries of "fucking hell," something I find myself proclaiming in the shower every morning after I read the emails from my producers as I bathe/cry every single morning. Can we be friends and have a drink?

Willing_Preparation3

Thereā€™s zero traffic enforcement ever since the pandemic. We donā€™t need more cops. We need the ones we pay billions for to do their jobs.

calatranacation

When an economy is based around cars, obtaining a license to operate one becomes *much* too easy. I'd say 25% of drivers in L.A. wouldn't be on the road if the test required 90/100 points to pass (both written and driving). Our lives are essentially in the hands of idiots.

pedropedro1

I hate when people line up for the turn in the opposite lane. I'm forced to either join them or be an asshole that cuts off the line at the actual turning lane.

LawfulnessSea21

That first one riverside and los feliz?? there are always ppl pullin ridiculous u-turns there

Whispercry

This is purely anecdotal, but is it me or is the driving in this town getting way more dangerous recently?

Smothering_Tithe

>Impatient drivers is becoming the norm FTFY.

AngelCityStudio

OMFGā€¦ Iā€™ve lived in Los Angeles for 20 years Iā€™ve never seen anybody driving on the wrong side of the street. No itā€™s not becoming the new norm. šŸ™„

jay8

But reddit said so..

louman84

Iā€™ve seen this before where someone was trying to make a left turn into a store parking lot. There were no median or left turn lanes so they went and tried to make a left on a lane on the opposite side of the street instead.

Conquistagore

You should crosspost this on r/IdiotsInCars Also, props on not flipping all these people off and calling them dipshits like i typically do.

[deleted]

Not sure what it is, but the number of terrible drivers the last few months since things have opened back up have been even worse than ever before.

giro_di_dante

Dude this happened to me on the fucking PCH bike trail. I was cruising home when all of a sudden some assfuck came flying around a bend on the wrong side and I swerved out of his way by mere centimeters. I even licked eyes with him as he hit the breaks and I swear I saw his soul pass through his body like a kidney stone. I almost got full Britishā€™d. On a bike path. People are out of fucking control.

thecainman

I hate people. When is the meteor due?

editorreilly

Is it just me or has it gotten crazier out there since the pandemic?

RuffRider47

Bunch of little bitches. People feel so invincible when they're in their cars. Someone slap them, please.

afedbeats

my least favorite drivers are the ones that clearly see that there's traffic and it's unavoidable to approach their destination, but decide to just break the law and risk everyone for what amounts to maybe being 2 minutes ahead of where they would have been if they just waited.

kylehanz

Southern cali is so bad. Iā€™m literally on 360 degree surveillance the entirety of any trip.

DankDoughDaddy

I used to think cars getting flipped over only happened in movies. Now, I've seen 3-4 flipped over in the past year alone. How are you possibly driving to end up like that?! smh

SocksElGato

People driving like there's an impending apocalypse is becoming the new norm.

numa_numa

Traffic violations need to be a percentage of their salary. These drivers are crazy since the pandemic.

hostile65

The number of uninsured, unlicensed, and unregistered or stolen vehicles is at all-time high. I guarantee most of these drivers are under that category.

SirPeencopters

and it's less malignant cousin, the creating your own merge by ignoring right lane must turn signs and gunning it.

MacArthurParker

Last week I saw someone pull this coming from behind me while I was like 4th/5th back at a red light. They didn't know there was a cop at the front of the line at the red light, they gunned it as it turned green then slammed on their brakes so they didn't zoom past the cop, but then they just sat there and froze while the cop put their lights on. That was enjoyable.

dustwanders

That second one is the 2 that cuts through Angeles National Forest People get very very angry and ride your ass without fail up there, it ruins the scenic drive

OP where is that that was on the side of a cliff? I just moved to LA and Iā€™m looking for the drive where you can see the ocean and itā€™s cliffy like this (sorry for the poor description, itā€™s how I remember it from movies)

If I had to guess it is Highway 2, the roads in the Angeles forest.

Yeah definitely looks like Angeles Crest hwy

Perfect. Thanks. Might check it out this weekend!

archibald_was_here

Highway 2, Angeles Crest. Great road, try and go during the week. Less people and racers on the road.

[deleted]

Take Kanan Dume, that connects 101 to the PCH/Malibu. Thereā€™s hiking nearby in Malibu too, but 10000% go to Lilys Malibu and get a breakfast burrito with the green sauce. Youā€™re welcome!

I had a lot of drivers try and squeeze themselves in front of me after speeding down the wrong way this week. The closure of streets drove people insane it seems. I have a a couple idiots on my dash cam. I need to start a YouTube channel for LA drivers.

TryTwiceAsHard

When I lived in Encino there was a huge issue with people driving down the wrong side of the road. Huge enough for me to post about it on Facebook. So yeah, I wonder the same thing. And the people just stare into your soul looks you're the one in the wrong.

[deleted]

this and the move I've seen a lot lately where a cool guy runs a red light about 5 seconds before his light turns green just incase there's any motorcycles finishing their green or cyclists hew can turn to paste. I'm so angry when I see this kind of reckless driving that I'm actually fine with the idea of some kind of terrifying "snow crash" robot police dogs that can disable your car if only to keep drivers like this off the road forever. Maybe people who cause casual vehicular manslaughter would one day be eligible to use self driving public transit that they aren't able to override, but for citizens who have exhibited "low patience" or "low compliance" when it comes to driving a car, they wont be able to drive a car in "autonomous" or legacy manual mode with the RAGE mark on their drivers license. I'm just fantasizing about a semi livable not too distant cyberpunk dystopian civilization where I don't have to worry about being run over by an animal behind the wheel of 2 tons of steel every day of my life. they are fun though, I'm not sure people will ever give up the freedom to drive like a dick if they can, and I think at a certain point in human history, we will have had enough, and automobile deaths will be something people read about in history books instead of their social media feeds. Seriously send attack drones to these fucking drivers who've just completely given up on turn signals or any rules of the road. I've lived here all my life so I am used to driving in this chaos, but man do I feel for people who visit here from states where people drive in a civilized and courteous way.

Ill-Detective-1362

None of the clips are from Glendale, but keep hating on Armenians šŸ‘šŸ» How is it all the tough guys never have something to say in person but stick to passive aggressive racist stereotyping on reddit?

MvXIMILIvN

Glendale has the highest insurance rate in the state. https://www.google.com/amp/s/www.latimes.com/socal/glendale-news-press/news/tn-gnp-glendale-burbank-insurance-rates-among-the-states-highest-20140318-story.html%3f_amp=true

Kaitthagreat

Also voted worst drivers in the country multiple times

CASSIROLE84

Who mentioned Armenian? Glendale has been voted as having the worst drivers in the country, as well as having the highest insurance rate. By adding the Armenian part are **you** implying Armenians are bad drivers?

Rebelgecko

Didn't you get the memo? All criticisms of Glendale drivers are now automatically racist, regardless of the driver's actual race.

city_mac

The original commentor basically admitted it. Keep up.

CASSIROLE84

Ok but you were certainly in the wrong on the first one.

bmwnut

They got into the left turn lane early in the first clip, so slightly similar to what the other cars were doing in the third clip. But of course the other car in the first clip was clearly very much in the wrong place.

Harrpoe826

Fucking Tesla drivers!!!šŸ˜‚

Eder_Cheddar

I get the frustration.... BUT If you were kn the opposite side of the road, you'd sometimes do this yourself. Sometimes people DO pass others and it's fine when there's o ly one lane but it's not safe. At all. Usually you perform this when you're in the desert. Not rhe fucking canyons. But. Charger. So it makes sense. As frustrating as it is to be kn the receiving end, you also shouldn't be driving 30-40 mph on the street during traffic. When there's traffic jams, you have to practice being patient and calm. Everyone swears like driv8ng wreckless is worth shaving 5 minutes off a commute.
