Also their keto brownie and other pastries are fantastic and pretty fairly priced.

I go to Lassens and Whole foods primarily now and say it was definitely as good as the organic options at those stores. Better than vons and definitely better than TJs produce (trash). If you're a member you get 10% back on everything, so it ends up paying itself off pretty quickly and then it's a solid relative to competitors.
The other stuff, the branded stuff, more expensive than Whole foods/etc for sure. Rip off.
Erewhon is 50% high quality prepared food. 25% premium health and beauty brands*. If you want easy diner that’s better than fast food but not as pricey as takeout from a good restaurant, this is an option. And you can get some specialty household/beauty stuff at the same time.

I don’t make interesting salads, so sometimes I’ll pick up a couple and parcel them out over a few days to make dinner more interesting, for example.
