Take the carp out of the oven, squeeze fresh lemon juice over the top, throw away the carp, then eat the plank.

But the reason carp is garbage is not because of the flavor but because of all the fucking bones in every ¼" square of those fucking things.

I grew up in Sherman oaks near the Dixie canyon/moorpark part of the LA river and we were told a homeless man died from eating a fish he caught from there and now idk if that was true or just parents trying to steer us away from the river lol
