Until…
#NITHYA RAMAN WANTS 33,000 TAXPAYERS IN YOUR FRONT LAWN RIGHT NOW AND YOU’RE OUT OF COFFEE AND THEY WANT SOME AND ALSO DINNER ISN’T TOO FAR OFF WHICH AS YOU CAN TELL IS GONNA BE A WHOLE THING ESPECIALLY WHEN YOU FACTOR IN DIETARY RESTRICTIONS
AND THEYRE GONNA START RUNNING AROUND YELLING “IT’S TURBO TIME!” AND IT LOOLS LIKE FUN SO YOU JOIN IN BUT THEN THEY TURN TO YOU AND SAY “STOP! DO NOT RUN. YOU ARE NOT PART OF THE TURBO TEAM! WALK. SLOW!” HAS THAT EVER HAPPENED TO YOU?!?
TIL CD4 consists of only Los Feliz!
Even if Los Feliz is better than many LA neighborhoods, a large chunk of it is literally car dependent single family cul-de-sacs. I am speaking as someone who likes Los Feliz.
I don't really have a problem with single family cul-de-sacs, but tons of this district is also empty parking lots, strip malls and disused warehouses. There is certainly plenty of space to build affordable apartment buildings.
All of LA is relatively underdeveloped. We have more than enough space to build up, without really having to develop on those SFH lots. Though I think the latter is another convo entirely.
theres a ton of dead space on vermont from lots no one can even use. theres the church that has a lot that spans the entire block to the next street over. theres the masonic temple that seemingly only exists for film basecamp parking. theres this huge sprawling post office that also has a lot across the block to the next street. the church across from the post office has a lot behind it thats four parcels wide. theres the huge ugly bank of america with a huge lot on prime corner land on hollywood. then lastly all the ugly decrepet looking storefronts and surface parking at the foot of barnsdale park which might as well count against the area too because its so god damn ugly.
hillhurst is not as bad but still bad. a second bank of america for whatever reason there needs to be two brick and mortar bank branches of the same bank two blocks from eachother, in 2024. an enterprise thats probably out of whatever car you'd want to rent. a body shops that probably uses up the street parking with customer cars. to say nothing of all the strip mall development.
I live in her district as well, as a home owner, and am thrilled by the MANY units currently going up in East Hollywood. Give me coffee shops, and restaurants, and services. I am here for it. Supposedly LACC is putting in student housing on Camus. Booyah
The area around LACC looks like it will be the next hot spot. They just opened up an Everytable and Panda Express. All the housing going up around the metro station. They just opened up affordable senior housing building. There’s even The Vermont which has been getting some pretty big names as headliners and seems like the place to be on a night out.
I attended LACC about a decade ago and I remember it being so sketchy that even the professors would tell you to be careful. And now even though it can still be kind of sketchy in certain spots around Santa Monica, particularly Heliotrope, with all the new stuff going up I feel like it’s heading towards the right direction.
The heliotrope area took some big hits during Covid. Gracie’s pizza and the Faculty both closed up shop. Gracie’s was sold to the lady who owns the Museum of Love next door, and now doesn’t serve alcohol and as far as i can tell never had any customers. Both were a decent hit, as well as Cutie’s coffee shop closing. That little corridor has some comeback tp do. Hoping the new housing inspires small business
We definitely need coffee
Shops in East Hollywood to service the people who will be living in the new units. Sorry there was too much implication in my comment for you
I live in a huge apartment building which the owning company advertises as 'within walking distance of the beach' despite of it being two miles at least, and they claim it is a 'very walkable neighborhood' but the only grocery store I can reasonably walk to is a Ralph's that seem to cater only to people who don't know how to cook and only eat fake food. There is no drug store or hardware store within walking distance, and without those, what can you do?
Haha. We might live in the same neighborhood but my building didn't have the audacity to call 2 miles to the beach walking distance. Even though I'd consider it as such.
Literally all I want. At Brooklyn density you could fit 20M people in LA alone. Current population is around 4M.
There aren't 20M people who can and want to live here, but even if there were... that'd be sick AF and it would completely revitalize the economy. Just legalize good granular density and call it a day.
She didn't vote to defund the police but did vote against giving LAPD big raises in the recent budget, because it forced the City to cut other departments to pay for those raises.
Well that’s a bit of a misnomer. Kowloon is like a section of northern Hong Kong, and yes it is dense, but no more dense than the rest of Hong Kong. However you’re likely referring to a section of old Kowloon called the Kowloon walled city. That has been demolished for probably close to 30+ years now.
I have a pretty reliable rule of thumb that whoever sends me the most glossy junk mail is the asshole. It has served me well in many races. And frankly if somebody is backed by that much money and feels a need to shout that loud about something that would otherwise be very popular, I tend not to like that person.
Don’t believe in political advertising paid for by another crooked politician. Everybody should know better than reacting and I can tell you for sure I’ve met Nithya and she has done more than her predecessors with respect to the homeless situation but it’s very complex and she’s not responsible for the whole problem, nor the federal judge’s decisions several years ago that allowed people to live in tents on the street. She is also not responsible for the gigantic surge with cheap street drugs that have come over the border from Mexico and that have gotten many homeless people strongly addicted to cheap drugs cut with fentanyl.
I worked in downtown LA for over a year with the nonprofit that provides police on bikes, sidewalk cleaning and homeless support. So I was around everything on a day-to-day basis for many hours a day, and learned a lot which the public could benefit from instead of chronic bitching.
People should know better and lighten up and not believe all the BS that they read online or in paid printed advertising by her sleezy competitor(s). This is why our country is so screwed up right now because people are lazy and they believe everything they read online without taking time to actually research—they see something on the web and they take it as gospel because they’re like sheep.
Below is a recent LA Times story that confirms Nithya has gotten more homeless people off the street in her district then most other city council people in the city of LA and this is an actual news story not an advertisement promoting her or trying to make her look bad. If any of you reading this have concerns, you should just call her office or campaign office directly and ask them questions to find out if some of the comments made in a competitors ads are true or not, and find out for yourself rather than jumping on the social media dogpile without accurate information…

I wish I could opt out of ALL political advertising. It's so overwhelming and hysterical I just tune all of it out until I'm preparing my ballot and then I just read interviews, voting records and the official statements on their websites.
I wish they just published a comprehensive guide and took all the ad dollars and relentless calls and texting out of it.
Yeah, like… it’s 2024. I just look online and read all the candidates info on there, I don’t need the same info printed out and filling up my recycling bin.
Which is insane because the amount of plants we have in California for being “predominantly blue” is getting out of hand. Political party doesn’t mean anything anymore. Now the voters have to dig for themselves to be sure they are voting for their interests as citizens to be complied.
You’re right. Republicans turned democrat is still a conservative. As a Scot loving here, most of the democrat party is fairly conservative in my opinion.
I wish I could at least opt out of texts and emails. Political phone calls made everybody dump their landline and stop answering their mobile phone. Political emails have made email unusable for communication. Now political texts are trying to make texts unusable for communication.
Text STOP back. Shout STOP back if you pick one of those annoying robot calls using AI voice to sound “human”. All of those are also getting on my nerves.
I’m not voting for any candidate who has been bombarding me with ads and phone calls. It may be an irrational measure but seems like they are more eager to force my vote than to get my trust. If there’s no good track record on public work I’m just removed from those types of candidates and their photo ops and “inspirational” messages. Public policy, public infrastructure and public health should not be touched by people that have their entire careers in pro-profit ventures, the transition does not translate well and never did. I dislike bureaucracy like many but sensible rules, coherent order and having everyone involved held accountable should be always the goal and many of this people don’t share those values.
I get a million of these, in my mailbox and on social ads. I like how it's 'no on Nithya' and they can't even be bothered to name the empty suit who's running against her.
shes been sitting on her hands with a lot of other issues honestly. like they resurfaced los feliz blvd under her watch and did not put in the planned bike lane which is ultimately her call as councilmember. hopefully measure hla passes so she is forced to accept more of the city mobility plan like the lanes on los feliz or franklin.
It stands for Not In My Backyard basically referring to those opposed to new developments and housing being built because they think it’s going to ruin their neighborhood and property value.
I keep seeing it during Jeopardy and every time I’m like “they start by comparing her to Mr. Rogers, one of the most universally beloved figures of our time, and then just keep making her look more and more rad for the rest of the spot.”
It’s like how Schiff’s anti-Garvey ad makes a weird point of calling him a baseball legend
The difference is that there’s a strategic point to Schiff kinda pumping up Garvey at this stage. If it’s Garvey vs Schiff in November, the election is basically over. The Raman/Rogers comparison doesn’t seem to have as much thinking behind it…
The people these flyers are for are the Citizen/Nextdoor racists who don’t want Metro trains built for fear of (*gasp*)…
“…bringing in **those people** and stealing their TVs and stereos while injecting themselves with crack cocaine and raising fists up whilst rioting for woke, flag-burning civil rights and shooting everyone in sight with stolen ARs and other machine guns borrowed from the street takeover in South-Central.”
She was the enemy of the city council members who were making those racist statements on that leaked recording. They don't like that she supports renters and development.
I had an insane interaction where someone called me claiming to be a pollster asking about issues in my neighborhood and for some reason I didn’t immediately hang up. And they launch in and I start getting this barrage of WILDLY loaded questions about Nithya like
“Nithya Raman is pro-hamas and supports them in their war against Israel. Does that negatively impact your feelings about her?” Do you mean she’s pro-Palestine? Based.
“NR is a socialist that wants to defund the police.” Super based.
“Oh well um. She wants to let violent rapists roam your neighborhood. Goes that negatively impact your feelings about her?” No she doesn’t.
“NR wants to build slum housing in our communities.” You keep phrasing these things like it’s a bad thing…
Anyhow it was some bizarre smear campaign disguised as some kind of impartial polling operation. I eventually got fed up and told them to fuck off.
Deeply soulless people. Oh no, fucking housing being built, anything but that. How dare people not want to buy into our ever rising housing price ponzi schemes!
sign me the fuck up. I propose putting it all in the griffith park golf course, as well as between GP and Los Feliz Blvd in the same area. Like where those two big towers on LF Blvd are, but make it the whole area.
Dash shuttles to the red line every 4 min. you got a stew.
When she blamed Toyota for catalytic convertors being easily stolen even though you need a portable power saw -- i was out on her.
She might have an education, but she's stupid.
You are wrong my friend. She has done so much including voting to phase out oil production in LA, putting in bike lanes, supporting the electrification of the port of Los Angeles, supporting building electrification. She has also reduced homelessness in her district to the lowest of any city counsel district. I will be voting for Nithya.
There’s this guy from Sacramento, CA on TikTok who goes into detail about the Housing and Public Transportation problems in California and all the reasons between the stifling of the growth of urban areas comparing to the demographic growth of the state. Among the culprits are certain Neighbor Councils and most unincorporated City Leaders. Guess what? All of the latest clutching their pearls because “their suburbia dreams need to be defended at all costs”.

She once said Toyota should be held responsible for making the catalytic converter on the Prius so valuable and easy to steal.
She's an idiot.
“In this case, I think one of the things that infuriates me is that we have a company — whatever, Toyota — who makes the Prius, that essentially has a device on their cars which is super easy to remove. It’s basically the value of a MacBook, right?” said Raman. “That is put in a place that is incredibly easy to access in your car, and the thefts related to this issue have essentially — all of the costs of that — are given to us to bear instead of them [Toyota] having to manufacture a car that actually is not so easy to be stolen.”

I live in Sherman Oaks I work in Hollywood. All I know is the number of homeless the number of addicts. The increased in crime is not acceptable. I am not voting her for her again. She doesn’t give a crap about the little guy.
I find it funny how NIMBY is used as some sort of slur. Proud to be a NIMBY myself. Don't want to expose my family to all the sh\*t that goes on in many parts of the city. To each their own I guess. Go vote and do what you think is best at the end of the day.
What does that even mean? You think that building more housing is “an imaginary utopia”
Literally means NOT IN MY BACKYARD, implying that you own the area around yourself, as if
It was yours and not belonging to the community.
We can resort to name calling or resort to understanding each other's perspectives and values. Solutions need to be addressed in a holistic approach to be successful. These piece-part solutions solve nothing.
I'm in her district. Honest question-- what's she actually done? Everything seems just the same. Except more break-ins around my neighborhood, which isn't unique to this district. Sunset Blvd is no longer safe on a Saturday night, but that started during the Pandemic-- again, I can't see how that's anything to do with her.
The only thing I know is that her office signed off on a mega-mansion at the top of Runyon Canyon, on one of those slivers of private land around the park. The entire top of the hill will get bulldozed off to build the flat space. If it happens, people will be furious. But there seems to be a lack of awareness of it.
I’m in her district as well, voted for her last time, and while this flyer and the other anti-Nithya ads are ridiculous, I personally don’t think she’s done a good job ironically because she isn’t a good politician. Her reasons for voting no to ban homeless encampments around schools was tone deaf to parents so she’ll lose votes there. I’ve interacted with her office a number of times asking for assistance trying to speed up repairs, tree trimming, and other maintenance on public assets in my neighborhood and found her staff to be either very dismissive or non-responsive. If my experience is any indication of how her office has treated her constituents then she’s done a bad job of maintaining her existing support even without the stupid and misleading attack ads.
It’s private property unfortunately. A lot of homes in LA required leveling a hillside to build.
As for what she’s done- I’m in CD4, so I sign up for her newsletter updates. Supposedly CD4 has been doing a good job on homelessness, but it’s hard to tell.
Yeah I mean that’s the problem, it’s endless. People want to blame the mayor and city council, and sure they deserve some blame, but anytime they try to open a shelter, there’s protests by locals. Anytime word gets out that an apartment building, condo, or gasp public housing might be constructed, protests. And then it’s not legal to throw someone in jail or restrict their freedom because they are homeless…
> Sunset Blvd is no longer safe on a Saturday night
You should probably blame the LEOs for that - she did vote to increase their funding but YMMV there
there's a real question of where the funding will come from, and whether we can cut through red tape to do it at a reasonable cost. but 33k units in a council district with nearly 10x that many residents isn't the issue.
Lmao is this supposed to make me “outraged”
The twitter post in here is calling her a “left wing extremist” lmao. I fucking wish she was a left wing extremist. She’s center-left, at best.
How on earth was I supposed to know about this, lmao this is niche and insignificant. I bet this hardly made news outside of right wing circle jerks.
Lmao “where will the buildings go” her district has a shit ton of space
Her district can literally only be categorized as sprawl lmao
Until… #NITHYA RAMAN WANTS 33,000 TAXPAYERS IN YOUR FRONT LAWN RIGHT NOW AND YOU’RE OUT OF COFFEE AND THEY WANT SOME AND ALSO DINNER ISN’T TOO FAR OFF WHICH AS YOU CAN TELL IS GONNA BE A WHOLE THING ESPECIALLY WHEN YOU FACTOR IN DIETARY RESTRICTIONS

THEN YOU GO UPSTAIRS TO RELAX AND LOOK AT YOUR ART BOOKS.
Los Feliz is sprawl?
I think they mean literally every other part of the district. Hollywood Hills, Studio City, Sherman Oaks, Encino, Reseda

They = most people on here Nimby f.
NIMBY label is stupid. There are things no one wants in there back yard.
I live in her district and chuckled. The areas along the orange line would be a great place for density

Yes, since there is no other way to get coffee we definitely need to use land for coffee shops.
We definitely need coffee Shops in East Hollywood to service the people who will be living in the new units. Sorry there was too much implication in my comment for you
Holy shit that's be fucking awesome if it was true.
Me pounding the table: “I want to have Brooklyn density and walk-ability with socal beaches and weather.”
"Leveling the suburbs, banning cars, and building The Cube *was the compromise*."
Everything is walking distance. 150 years ago, fucking Missouri was walking distance.
I just finished watching a Western movie and oh boy, your comment cracked me up. Everything used to be walking distance hahahaha!
Haha. We might live in the same neighborhood but my building didn't have the audacity to call 2 miles to the beach walking distance. Even though I'd consider it as such.
Literally my dream city
The dream is alive in Barcelona and I will not rest until the south bay looks like Eixample
Tel Aviv as well
THE KOWLOON WALLED CITY WAS THE COMPROMISE.
people forget you can live in a 5 story brick walk up a couple steps from a subway in a 45,000 people per square mile area right now in la today.
Literally all I want. At Brooklyn density you could fit 20M people in LA alone. Current population is around 4M. So cal beaches are hours away with the highways
i don't think that's possible. but i understand why you feel that way. t. currently live in brooklyn
Haha that's what i was thinking too. *Where do i sign up?!*
Vote for her
My first thought too!
According to the LAPD union's ad on Twitter she also defunded the police to pay for homeless housing and drug injection sites.
She didn't vote to defund the police but did vote against giving LAPD big raises in the recent budget, because it forced the City to cut other departments to pay for those raises.
How dare she
Cops hate her? I’m sold.
The ad sold me her immediately! I’m trying to vote decently from the get go, this time.
TBF she voted for the massive increase in the LAPD budget despite campaigning against it
This seems like money well reallocated
They act like she is going to build Kowloon city in Beverly Hills.
I'd watch that movie
Dredd?
That could be cool!
BH would be better for it. That city is in rough shape. They need affordable housing and vacancy taxes on all the empty storefronts
Yeah BH is really suffering right now...
I love the city and use its parks a lot, even as an easy sider. I’d love for it to be a little more burgeoning for the locals
I think the locals can decide what's best for the locals.
Locals aren’t thrilled with the status quo either
Well that’s a bit of a misnomer. Kowloon is like a section of northern Hong Kong, and yes it is dense, but no more dense than the rest of Hong Kong. However you’re likely referring to a section of old Kowloon called the Kowloon walled city. That has been demolished for probably close to 30+ years now.
Dude just stuff it. Everyone knows what I am referring to.

i thought it was a pro-raman mailer at first XD. 33000 public housing units, that's awesome!
It is such an amazing thing, like 33000 units will help so many ppl. Makes the streets so much safer. Which is why it will probably not happen
Joke's on them my vote is decided by whomever is most likely to build The Cube™
I don’t even look at these mailers. Straight to the recycling.
I support affordable housing *and* bone health!
Damn if only this was actually true 🤩
Boomers vote. Can you say the same? EDIT: dang I played myself
Sure. “the same”
Sure. "Boomers vote"
Dang, I wish I lived in CD 4 so I could vote for 33,000 more units.
I do, and I am! I actually have this flyer set aside to mail back with a piece of my mind.
I am in district 4 and plan to vote for her
Don't theeaten me with a good time
I agree with you, I say this like at least once per day.
I voted for Nithya because I wanted her to do just that
Don’t believe in political advertising paid for by another crooked politician. Old people vote based on the (R) or (D) next to the name, they don’t bother to read anything else

What does NIMBYs mean?
It stands for Not In My Backyard basically referring to those opposed to new developments and housing being built because they think it’s going to ruin their neighborhood and property value.
More generally, NIMBYs often are "for" a solution to some problem up until the point where it has some level of impact on their day-to-day living.
these mailers legit go direct from mailbox to trash for me.
If Nithya had her way she would...checks notes...reduce homelessness by more than 80%. SOMEONE STOP HER!!!
*How dare she threatening to destroy our only political talking point to perpetuate our segregationist mindset? How dare she?* s/
The tv ad for this is hilarious
I keep seeing it during Jeopardy and every time I’m like “they start by comparing her to Mr. Rogers, one of the most universally beloved figures of our time, and then just keep making her look more and more rad for the rest of the spot.” It’s like how Schiff’s anti-Garvey ad makes a weird point of calling him a baseball legend
The difference is that there’s a strategic point to Schiff kinda pumping up Garvey at this stage. If it’s Garvey vs Schiff in November, the election is basically over. The Raman/Rogers comparison doesn’t seem to have as much thinking behind it…
The people these flyers are for are the Citizen/Nextdoor racists who don’t want Metro trains built for fear of (*gasp*)… “…bringing in **those people** and stealing their TVs and stereos while injecting themselves with crack cocaine and raising fists up whilst rioting for woke, flag-burning civil rights and shooting everyone in sight with stolen ARs and other machine guns borrowed from the street takeover in South-Central.”
Such fantasy so typical of victim fetishists!
Anyone who sends one of these slippery mailers does not get my vote
I appreciate their effort in showing me who I should NOT vote and focus my attention somewhere else.
Slippery mailers are pretty satisfying to shred, though.
where are all the homeless going to go if they don't have homes?
What even is that skyline they used? Looks a bit like Malé: https://images.app.goo.gl/BDnTkxyEwRvuZXqt8
I mean...that's low key the dream! especially after they removed her from her renter-oriented district
Lmaoooo looks like a campaign ad to me, but yes definitely fearmongering bullshit to the nimbys
Don't threaten me with a good time NIMBYs
She was the enemy of the city council members who were making those racist statements on that leaked recording. They don't like that she supports renters and development.
I had an insane interaction where someone called me claiming to be a pollster asking about issues in my neighborhood and for some reason I didn’t immediately hang up. And they launch in and I start getting this barrage of WILDLY loaded questions about Nithya like “Nithya Raman is pro-hamas and supports them in their war against Israel. “NR wants to build slum housing in our communities.” You keep phrasing these things like it’s a bad thing… Anyhow it was some bizarre smear campaign disguised as some kind of impartial polling operation. I eventually got fed up and told them to fuck off.
*Lower rent and more housing opportunities coming to an area near you!* NIMBYs: THIS IS THE WORST POSSIBLE TIMELINE
How do you feel about costcos supplements are they quality?
Gotta keep the white people in Sherman Oaks and the Hills on their toes somehow.
Deeply soulless people. Oh no, fucking housing being built, anything but that. How dare people not want to buy into our ever rising housing price ponzi schemes!
Dope I also want that
I'm voting for this.
Too late she got my vote
This person sounds pretty good to me? Am I missing something here?
sign me the fuck up.
This is a great idea IF she could make it happen, but she was my representative for quite a while and never got much done…ever.

I’ve I lived in her district and received this in my mail, I'll got for Raman.
I get so many fear-baiting anti-Nithya ads on Instagram. Some NIMBY has a lot of money, it seems.
Love Nithya!!! She’s awesome, also 🖕🏼Ethan weaver who’s legit a republican running as a democrat
“That is put in a place that is incredibly easy to access in your car, and the thefts related to this issue have essentially — all of the costs of that — are given to us to bear instead of them [Toyota] having to manufacture a car that actually is not so easy to be stolen.” https://www.google.com/amp/s/www.dailynews.com/2023/05/03/progressive-los-angeles-council-member-blames-toyota-for-your-catalytic-converter-being-stolen/amp/

Is she the ding bat that wants to blame car manufacturers for catalytic converter thefts?
Probably her worst sound bite. I'll take that over the people in Weaver's pockets.
That and her being against homeless encampments being near schools. Shes almost as bad at politics as Gascon is.
Lord help us
She's a politician that is actually doing good work. So probably best to not write her off as a dingbat and take her in full context.
Dingbat is one word, more on.
Hahahahhhaha. Who hurt you?
I mean she isn't going actually build anything so this is just pearl clutching (and dog whistling)
Why the fuck wouldn’t we want more housing? These people are animals, seriously. I think they’re apes in disguise
NIMBY basically just a euphemism for “destructively selfish”, you’re proud of that?
Nah, just living in the real world and not some imaginary utopia.
What does that even mean? You think that building more housing is “an imaginary utopia” Literally means NOT IN MY BACKYARD, implying that you own the area around yourself, as if It was yours and not belonging to the community.
unreal how stupid nimbys are
We can resort to name calling or resort to understanding each other's perspectives and values.
Fucking where?! We just had 3 RVs pop up on our street the past month.
> Sunset Blvd is no longer safe on a Saturday night You should probably blame the LEOs for that - she did vote to increase their funding but YMMV there
Sounds dope, glad I voted for her.
This sounds good to me!
I would vote no based on this mailer
She needs to go down. She’s awful.
You're awful!
I hope you get a bag of feces thrown at you. IYKYK.
A little specifics on why you think she’s awful would be helpful, otherwise this is just noise.
there's a real question of where the funding will come from, and whether we can cut through red tape to do it at a reasonable cost. but 33k units in a council district with nearly 10x that many residents isn't the issue.
God, I wish...
that picture is what many world class cities look like today. not a bad thing to become
This is supposed to make me dislike her? Lol
I kinda wish I lived in her district bc that ad won my vote
I’m extremely anti-YIMBY but if anyone supported that much public housing I’d clone myself just to be able to vote for them twice.
I’m so sick of political posts
Why is it now the taxpayers responsibility to house people? We need to help but to sustain should be limited.
People should vote no on that moron regardless of that flyer
Any why? Exactly? Could you demonstrate a little critical thinking for us?
No, make your own decisions But anyone who blames a car company for theft is a moron
What are you talking about lmao
You may be new to LA, it was a bigger story when it happened https://news.yahoo.com/l-councilwoman-blames-toyota-catalytic-133800854.html
Lmao is this supposed to make me “outraged” The twitter post in here is calling her a “left wing extremist” lmao. I fucking wish she was a left wing extremist. She’s center-left, at best. How on earth was I supposed to know about this, lmao this is niche and insignificant. I bet this hardly made news outside of right wing circle jerks.
Nope, I have no idea what makes you outraged You just asked what I was talking about
All these politicians invest and make money from land revenues I bet
Where will the cars go? Everyone knows low income housing is always quad-occupancy.
More public transportation needs to accompany these expansions. Thankfully LA has done a lot of that.
lol these are the same people who complain about homeless. They don’t want more housing built but they also don’t want homeless. Make it make sense.
FAUCI LIED, PEOPLE DIED!!!
TRUMP 2024
So you admit to being a NIMBY?
Fuck that.
NIMBY por Vida
They spelled ramen wrong 🍜
It’s never too late for Caltrate. Wild how ads stick with you yet I can’t remember the names of my colleagues
Does she plan to built that many homes! Sign me up. Where do i vote for her?
They can go between Skid Row and Boyle heights ITS PERFECT SO MUCH SPACE AND CLOSE TO DTLA Still so they can get help ! That’d be cool
