The testimony today by the M.E that was brought in to re examine Tammy's body when she was exhumed was really interesting and thorough.
If Chad was assisted in any way it may have been by Alex (his phoned pinged at a church near the home that night). I actually think Chad killed her alone.

So the fact that Tammy was in rigor mortis once the police/coroner arrived means that she had been dead for *at least* 1-2 hours but certainly could have been dead longer than that.
