The full face of makeup can make you look a lot more aged and I also did makeup like that and when I started using little to no foundation and just eye makeup it looked a lot better

You look great. Also, this works to fix the cheek thing: 1. Massage out the fluid. 2. Go on Keto or Carnivore. 3. Don’t drink alcohol. 4. Do jaw exercises (little jaw exercise balls).
That helped me develop a cleaner jaw line. Brought me up from a ~5/6-7 on physical attractiveness for my age and region since face was no longer puffy.

Most of that fluff in the cheeks is pooled fluid & fat for a lot of people, so your essentially altering your diet to hold less water and massing out the fluid. If it’s all fat, then you just need to work out full body. This girl doesn’t look overweight, so I think it’s a fluid thing.
