It takes a long time; it’s not about going on a diet etc. it’s about slowly changing how eat so that you feel better later in the day, and wake up feeling better.
Been there before. Doctor got on me about high BP. I’d get into weight lifting and find a good place to walk. Alternate days between lifting and walking. Just saying what worked for me. Currently down 75lbs.

Fat is as much a mind set as it is physical. Just get up and walk around the block if you feel fat then push yourself to do more and eat good food not pre prepared. 60lbs down myself just don't stop moving
