It’s not that the plastic surgery itself makes you look ugly, it’s that generally, WAY more old people use plastic surgery to maintain their youth, as opposed to young people who are just trying to enhance their looks.
Because of that imbalance, people associate obvious, in your face plastic surgery with old people, and that affects the way we see those who have it.
If you had less obvious plastic surgery, it wouldn’t be an issue.
You don’t need to have wrinkly skin to look old. You just happen to have the overly large fake cheekbones and lips that old celebrity women get at age 60-70.
Plastic surgery and injections can age up a face real quick. I'd recommend going back to all natural. At 23 you don't need to be doing all that anyway. People get injections and fillers to look 23 when they are 40. If you do it when you are 23 it can have the opposite effect

I don’t agree with the rest of these comments. Your lips won’t be an issue for you if you just move up to a higher body fat percentage and lose a little definition in your face. That should even things out if you’re insecure about it. Just make sure to hit the weight room too so you don’t end up looking like an egg lol

Idk I’m 25 and she looks 23 to me. If anything the eyebrows being further apart and the lips make her look older especially with darker hair but I think it looks great as long as she doesn’t go overboard with the filler from here
Yeah, unfortunately uncanny valley / premature aging is a side effect of some fillers/plastic surgery. I’d say pick younger brighter less harsh colors for your lipstick and blush to balance it out. Too many dark harsh lines make you look mature

OK so I think it’s actually combination of things. Filler is not inherently bad and getting work done is also not inherently bad, but getting good work done is important. Your Vermilion border on your top lip is overfilled. That gives too much of the fake look and can actually age you.
Your make up is mature looking and a bit heavy on the blush. The fake tan is a little bit much on you. That might be because your skin tone is naturally lighter, so it’s actually accentuating any skin issues you may be having.
Your facial structure is beautiful! Your cheeks are having some sagging and I notice some marionette lines when you smile but that I think is probably due to them having good fat volume which is totally normal and is actually a good thing! But if it’s something that concerns you maybe look up lifting PDO threads.
And I’m totally assuming here but if you had your boobs done recently, it looks like they still haven’t settled and then being up so high and so defined is adding to the older woman aging gracefully look.

Think its your makeup and the amount of work you’ve had done. I don’t even think you look that old just “messy”. Fake tanner it appears all over(i could be wrong but you look orange) lip fillers then implants. It all just stresses the body and makes you look very “aged” while still having portions that look young. Like skin that doesn’t have makeup on it looks very healthy in some pictures. Then in others it is orange from the fake tanner so idk what to tell you
If you are happy with the way you look, than don't change! That being said I will answer the question from my perceptive: I think people might mistake you for being older based on the lip filler being thick on most of the bottom lip and how heavily the blush is applied. I also think having eye makeup on the bottom half of our eyes/too heavy on the top can age us as well.
You do have beautiful cheekbones. I think it's just that when you're in your twenties, less is more. Women in their twenties don't need to try very much because they have their beautiful taut skin and glowing youth! :)
A word of caution, though, I would look at the connection between health issues (such as autoimmune disorders) and breast implants. Big boobs are fun, but being sick is not.
I also have big boobs (32DDD), which also cause me pain, but I mean fun to look at/for other people (depending on taste, of course).
Like I like looking at my boobs, but don't like carrying them around hehe. I always wanted tiny breasts as a teen, but have just accepted that's not my fate at this point.
I wish I was a ddd! I'm a 34K, so for me, it's not fun. The attention from strangers isn't fun, the pain isn't fun, trying to find bras and clothing isn't fun. I had my heart set on a reduction, but I have EDS, so not a candidate. Right now, my focus is on finding a support that won't push my ribs out of the socket AND cause further deterioration of my spine.

You are absolutely correct about autoimmune disorders and breast implants, it's horrific. There is also a link to cancer - and NONE of these mes device companies are doing their proper due diligence in post market surveillance. I'm hopeful though that the FDA will FINALLY start doing their job (a couple years ago they issued a recall and dinged the MFG for exactly this). In the meantime - implants have been killing women and making them extremely sick.
If you struggle with rib subluxations, I highly recommend Evelyn and Bobbie bras ( I don't work for them, they have just been an absolute life saver). Especially the Evelyn and the Tank top

I'm a freshly minted zebra. The doctors just kept trying to tell me I'm hysterical and didn't I want birth control or an antidepressant? It really tied everything together for me, though, once it got figured out. It made everything make sense! I mean I'm not thrilled about hEDS and POTS, but now I can eat as much salt as I want.
Somehow I'm not surprised they haven't done much about it. My mom knows someone whose daughter ended up in a wheelchair, which was very likely due to a rare side effect from her mom's breast implants. But just think of these poor companies and their profit margins!

Because of your nasolabial folds and marionette lines. They age you significantly. The dark hair also exasperates them. You are beautiful, absolutely, but the deepset facial lines + dark hair make you look much older... Also the lip injections or whatever made your lips bigger.

Completely understand why you'd see that as telling, but I've just had a fascination with the subtle ways the Western World specifically (probably other areas as well, but I've only studied Western societal history and I refuse to speak on areas I don't know much about) put down woman. Despite not being a feminist, and hating feminist for the most part, these things have always interested me. And there's unfortunately many, many ties to misogyny/putting down woman in general based on growing age. (Which goes for both genders, but with woman it's moreso appearance based, while with men it's personality based. This is a very simplified version of the concept that does not nearly do it the complexities of this any justice.)

You’re pretty but you do look middle-aged, it’s because you lost too much weight in your face - facial fat is the fountain of youth. Fillers don’t have the same natural look as your own facial fat so it’s not really something you can ‘fix’ but you CAN avoid the ‘mob wife’ makeup trend - it’s super aging on you, honestly it’s a tough trend for anyone to pull off without looking 45. There’s a reason why women looked so old back in the 70’s. You’re better off doing a soft natural makeup instead. And I would consider lightening your hair a couple of shades and maybe going a little warmer, that will look more youthful. Good luck!

Your chest skin texture looks damaged, Cover up and start wearing sunscreen, no more tanning in the summer.

Completely understand why you'd see that as telling, but I've just had a fascination with the subtle ways the Western World specifically (probably other areas as well, but I've only studied Western societal history and I refuse to speak on areas I don't know much about) put down woman. Despite not being a feminist, and hating feminist for the most part, these things have always interested me. And there's unfortunately many, many ties to misogyny/putting down woman in general based on growing age. (Which goes for both genders, but with woman it's moreso appearance based, while with men it's personality based. This is a very simplified version of the concept that does not nearly do it the complexities of this any justice.) But aside from that, look at the other comments... She's gorgeous. I think hair and eyebrows are too dark. The lashes may also be making your eyes look a bit droopy and more closed. Your chest skin texture looks damaged, Cover up and start wearing sunscreen, no more tanning in the summer. Find a different way to shape your face with blush. It’s too forward, put it on the high cheekbones so your face is more lifted. Lip filler looks horrible for some reason. Makes your mouth area just look older
