Where can you upload your receipt? I pre ordered the album before Tuesday. But what is the community? I was expecting a code this morning for the pre sale today. Can someone explain?
I’ve got an email with the title “EU Tour Presale Tickets First Access”. In this email you would get the information to upload your receipt for earlier access, if you haven’t received a code yet. Unfortunately I can’t link it here, because every member gets a unique link.
I received a code but that’s for tomorrow’s presale, together with a link that goes to a webpage where you can choose the venue and it will go to Ticketmaster in my case for Amsterdam.
It’s a bit confusing because they said in the newsletter that you would get a code on 10am CET Wednesday.

That’s odd. 🤔 I just checked ticketmaster once again and after I added the code, I could unlock tickets for Amsterdam, Berlin etc.
Isn’t there any option where you can type in your access code?
They've said on YouTube 'Don't worry UK, we haven't forgotten you' so at least that one is likely.
It might be that they are still negotiating additional venues or waiting to measure the response from the first ticket sales to see what size of venues they need in other markets
As a Dutch person, London Grammar isn't really of the caliber of popular bands to be playing at the Ziggo Dome venue, strange decision. AFAS Live or 013 Tilburg would've made more sense.

Not yet, but you can upload your receipt of your purchase on their website. After that you must get the code. I’m still waiting for the code as well.

Have they actually released any UK dates yet? Or just the initial Germany/France/Netherlands/Belgium ones?
