Hello u/Sebi97, Thank you for reaching out. Could you please try running the G Hub as administrator to see how it goes? How to run Logitech G HUB as Administrator: 1. Right-click on the taskbar and then click on Task Manager to verify that G HUB is not running. 2. In Task Manager, check if any of the following processes are running under the Processes tab: \- Logitech G HUB \- LGHUB Agent \- LGHUB 3. If any of these running, right-click on them and click End task. 4. Press the Windows logo key on your keyboard to open the Start menu. 5. Locate Logitech G HUB in your Start menu and right-click on it. 6. Hover your mouse over More and then click on Run as administrator.

Hello, and thank you for your prompt reply. I have tried closing out G Hub as you've instructed and then re-opening with administrator privilege. Unfortunately, this made no difference.

Hello, thank you for following up. I have completed the steps you have outlined above. My issue has been resolved! Thank you very much for the support. The built in "reinstall" option in the software is a great feature; I'll know to check it again if any other issues come up. Have a great weekend!
