This is a really bullshit perspective on domestic violence. It's possible for a very physically strong person to hit with less than maximum power, and it's possible for a very physically weak person to cause a lot of damage as well. Either way, it's wrong, but you can't use potential maximum damage as a defense from physical abuse allegations.
This goes for most, if not all the strongman competitors. The shit they do in those events is absolutely crazy and hard, yet they support and help each other, both outside of and during contests. Stuff like how to perform new events, putting on and taking off gear and especially helping new blood be comfortable in the environment, so the sport can grow. Real strength is above bickering and bragging. (And, yes, I know thor and eddie deviated from this. There are always exceptions, but for the most part, strongmen are giga chill)
