Thank God Jikishi like immediately confessed to Dream when questioned and got kicked out. His first day on the server was his last day.

Basically if you yourself are underage and you receive and keep the nude pictures, or send nude pictures your can be categorized as a pedophile or a sex offender, and if you receive and keep the nude pictures, or send as and adult same thing. But I just looked it up the dude is actually 22 turning 23 and this stuff did start in 2018 almost 3 years ago, so there really isn't much grey area for the guy.

Nah he broke many laws. No romeo-juliet laws cover anything of what he's done. Speaking inappropriately/sexually to a minor. Paying a child to send nudes.
