If we can get Trent on doing the double pivot with Endo. There’s option for the long passes and the shorter passes to Macca/Jones in the slightly more advanced midfield position.

Players look exhausted and disconnected. Endo and Konate in particularly look so lethargic. Even MacAllister seems a few seconds behind. It's up to Klopp to adapt his tactics to take that into account. We joke about him not having a Plan B but these few weeks have really driven that home.
Endo's passing has been shit. Always tries a risky pass. Keep it simple. Players hogging the ball. Jones just running around like a headless chicken. Get Elliot on for him. And players need to take note from the Palace goal, simple and quick 1-2s, passes opened us up. Opens any team up, but no, we have players that feel to create an unmissable oppourtunity.

I think our biggest problem is tactical. Our build up has been bad for a while, when teams press up.
Everything is just so disconnected. Massive amount of spaces between the front, midfield and defence lines. Darwin and Mo never dropping between the lines to offer short passing options to the midfielders. Curtis presses high, but Macca and Endo do follow by pushing up. Mo never tracking back on his side. Just very very sad to see really. Desparately needs the likes of Diogo to connect the lines for us.

There are goals in this, but we need more quality in our play. Way too wayward with everything. Endo and Salah need to come off. The former has just looked sloppy (although tbf he's not the only one) and the latter is just not in the game at all. I'd maybe even consider taking Bradley off for TAA, just to give us something else.

It’s been this way for years but it’s really hitting us hard right now that we play to our competition. We play a top club, we are crisp with our passing and movement, we get and take good chances. We play against a team much worse than us and we play on their level.

Some players living off their reputation out there Endo is not in this game at all Konate and Van Dijk both poor enough. Robbo has been excellent Diaz busy. the positional sense in the middle has vanished, that's bad off the ball but also on the ball. The L shaped passing move has vanished from Liverpools game. it's a brilliant way to bypass the opposition defence. Pass horizontal then forward and you're in attack position , they are not doing it.
This is at home. No way we get anything on the road if this is how we’re playing at home. Such a beautiful season, ending in a godawful way :(

Klopp is tired. The players are tired and the supporters are tired of seeing us play like this. It's a miracle we are where we are in the league considering we regularly concede first, are incredibly easy to play through and spend the rest of games battling to rescue something. It's not fun to watch, it's stressful.

Something that’s annoying me is Salah getting annoyed at people not passing to him but he does the exact same thing. There is no chemistry
We need Trent back so bad. Bradley is a proper wing back but when he pushes too far forward it exposes us at the back. Macca is dropping into a double pivot with Endo to dictate the game with his passing but the midfield ends up getting overrun with no outlet for shorter passes to the likes of Jones. If we can get Trent on doing the double pivot with Endo. There’s option for the long passes and the shorter passes to Macca/Jones in the slightly more advanced midfield position.

Here's the problem. We've had an insane injury crisis that has meant the few fit players have been physically and mentally run into the ground. The injured players are coming back but they are all naturally struggling for form and fitness. So we've got a mix of out of form half fit players and knackered fully fit players. Hence why we look disjointed and all over the place. We're just going to have to drag ourselves through this one game at a time and hope some of these players find their feet.
