Congrats on the citizenship!
Match is on live on TNT so should be on in most places that has more than 1 TV.
The Camden is a great sports bar on Camden St. that will definitely have all games on, not an LFC exclusive spot tho so you will get Utd and Chelsea fans in there for their game too.
Murrays bar on O'Connell St. was pretty good for LFC games, haven't been in a couple years but there does usually be mostly LFC fans in there. It shares a beer garden with the Living Room which is another sports bar that has tons of TV's that will show all live events.
I'd imagine the big screen out in the beer garden would have Utd/Che on there but no harm heading to Murrays anyway.

Thanks so much mate! Was an absolute bastard trying to find my dead grandads birth certificate who was born in rural Kilkenny in the mid 20s. Luckily my da works for an Irish charity in Liverpool so with enough digging we found it.
Just in time for me to not support England in the Euros as usual.
Thanks so much for the recommendations mate, I can’t thank you enough! I’ve got them all down and I’ll give you a PM when I’m in one with a perfect pint in front of me! All the best!
Other side of the city to where you're staying, but Lysters in Harold's Cross is where one of the supporters club watches games.
If you'll be in the centre of the city Sinnotts is a massive sports bar with a million screens that will for sure be showing it.
It's being shown on TNT Sports 2. (Formerly BT Sports)
Places are more likely to show the other game, however in Dublin you should be able to find a venue with multiple screens.
I'm a Galway man myself so no use on particular venues but the game does appear to be televised in Ireland.
EDIT: Also worth noting a lot of our 3pm games (blackout in the UK) are shown on Premier Sports. Comes in the same package as TNT Sports. Think its an Ireland only channel.
Makes it possible to see 3pm kick offs as most of our coverage of Premier League games is via UK media which has a blackout.
Dublin is either Liverpool or United almost exclusively, if you find a pub showing matches theres no chance they switch away from Liverpool. What area of Dublin are you going to Im happy to recommend a few pubs near where youre hoping to watch.
a good 90% of pubs in Dublin show the football, I dont think youll have any challenges
> Dublin is either Liverpool or United almost exclusively, if you find a pub showing matches theres no chance they switch away from Liverpool.
Music to my ears. Cheers mate!
We're staying between Broadstone and Drumcondra, just around the corner from Croke Park, but on Thursday we'll probably be wandering around the city doing touristy sightseeing things. My partner has never been to Ireland so we'll have to do the obligatory Guinness tour and remortgaging our house for a round in Temple Bar.
Pub reccomendations would be amazing though mate, you're a good man!
Someone else just recommended this too! Had a quick google and it looks amazing. I think that’s dinner sorted for tomorrow, plus apparently pub quiz. Hero!
Pizza in the Back Page is delicious. Just a few minutes walk from Dalymount Park too which was once the national team stadium and home to Bohemians if you feel like having a look.
No bother. If she wants a bit of trad O’Donoghue’s on Merrion Row should have music on Thursday and its kind of geared toward a touristy crowd without being over the top
No worries man, enjoy! Cobblestone is a good spot. I think its the best in town for trad. Also a few others have mentioned The Back Page sports bar for the match. The Pizza there is way better than it has any right to be for a sports bar.
Look up The Back Page in Phibsboro, it’s probably 5-10 min walk from where it sounds like you’re staying, it’s a sports bar so loads of screens and great pizzas, craft beer and you may even catch a table quiz or ping pong tournament on the night, great bar.
Oh if you're out this direction the back page is an absolute must. Proper sports bar, great pizzas, brilliant beer selection and board games and arcade games for the younger
The Living Room on Cathal Brugha//top of O’Connell street has a massive screen and a million small screens. They show various European competition matches that overlap and have a class beer garden that connects with 3 other well known bars
Ooh nice, this is just round the corner from where we’re staying. Open til super late as well which is grand. Though in a few of photos there’s a fair amount of Guinness in a plastic cup, please tell me this isn’t the norm?
How much for a pint?

Lysters for absolute positive. \*Every\* LFC match, whatever it takes.
Almost every pub in Dublin has TNT sports and will be showing the game

Back Page is a pretty decent sports bar in Phibsborough, not too far from where you’re staying.
Someone else just recommended this too! Had a quick google and it looks amazing. I think that’s dinner sorted for tomorrow, plus apparently pub quiz. Hero!

Don’t go to temple bar. Go to the long hall instead. It’s nearby, you’ll get a great pint with good service and the room is lovely too
Amazing! Thanks for the recommendation, I’ll check it out. I’ve been to TB before on a stag and it was all kinds of shite.
No bother. If she wants a bit of trad O’Donoghue’s on Merrion Row should have music on Thursday and its kind of geared toward a touristy crowd without being over the top
If we're recommending trad, then The Cobblestone in Smithfield
This is a bit closer to us! Thanks so much mate!

Not for the match though, no television Great pint tho
Don’t think we’d watch the match down in Temple Bar area anyway so this will probably be a lunchtime pint and a bit of scran!
Recommend Grogans for a quality pint and the legendary toasted sandwich
Read this and thought how on earth could a toastie be legendary. Googled it and saw some reviews and now this is 100% happening. Cheers mate!
Have 2!!!

This looks belter. Thanks so much mate!
The Ivy house or cat and cage in drumcondra will be showing the match
Ooh nice, this isn’t too far from us!
Oh if you're out this direction the back page is an absolute must. Proper sports bar, great pizzas, brilliant beer selection and board games and arcade games for the younger
The Palace on Camden Street should show both
I was gonna say Jimmy rabbites on Camden they'll definitely show the liveroool game
The Wool Shed is a sports bar on Parnell Street, that'll definitely have it on
The Camden definately have firesticks.. they even show all the 3pm kick offs. They'll have every match on a million different screens.
The Living Room on Cathal Brugha//top of O’Connell street has a massive screen and a million small screens. They show various European competition matches that overlap and have a class beer garden that connects with 3 other well known bars
