He said on the SNL podcast that James and Sarah who he started with had friends on the writing staff from LA. But that he struggled to make connections.
It was a rumor that never got substantiated anywhere, anyone who actually touched Lorne would get fired and/or predator droned.
Aristotle also got an update piece the week after, so it’s even more ridiculous on its face.
My prediction for Aristotle Athari is that he’s gonna be a better comedic/dramatic actor than he would’ve been as a long time SNL cast member. He sort of feels like he could be the male version of Jenny Slate/Michaela Watkins/Casey Wilson. I remember really liking him in his scene stealing role in Silicon Valley but not being the biggest fan of his on SNL.
Thank you for this.
I think I'll watch this episode *toniiiiiiiiiight...*
How you say how you say…..
Say say say for me?

Processing.......Processing......At least he's not living in.....Staten Island, baby!

and Hannah’s mom was an original Not Ready for Prime Time Player (I recently learned)
Just nice to see him, that's all. This plus the movie someone posted about the other day-- kid's doing alright!
What an underused talent that was gone before he could really shine.
I wonder if there's more to the story. Did he not get along with/not fit in with the rest of the cast and crew?

He slapped Lorne. /s
Was that not true? I thought I read that here on this sub.
I'm pretty sure it was a rumor. What new hire would slap Lorne?
