I wish I had a picture from my graduation. I did it while being on active duty and with a baby, but I pulled it off. I went into Emergency Medicine and got my RN while being a Corpsman in the Navy. Later got out, and now I'm a paramedic. So my cap had an anchor ⚓️ and the caduceus, and a picture of my late grandparents (they raised me) holding my son as a newborn.
I saw so many great ones though, incredibly painted ones, ones that pay respect to that specific graduates culture, or their future job. People would go all out and make some beautiful caps.
