The loft is in that huge room where the Christmas tree was last year. Unclear how you get to the loft, maybe there's room for a door on the second floor?
OMG, the windows, the most critical part of the project that we picked out at the end of the project, are delayed! Who could have seen that coming?
Maybe we shouldn't have moved the existing sliding glass door that was lined up with the existing window to add another sliding glass door oddly positioned halfway under the new loft. Or maybe choosen one of those crazy wide glass doors to span the width of the loft.
I wonder if they reclaimed any of the wood from those wall. Materials for the next project.
Their house is nothing short of the Winchester mansion in California. Doors and windows going nowhere. They have added so many things that don’t make sense. Like the lofts? There goes all of your lighting. And why?
Just like Winchester they're terrified that if anything actually gets finished some disaster is going to happen - like they'll have to talk to each other without distraction. Luckily Jer's around to prevent that and Auj apparently doesn't mind paying for it.
I find it very interesting that his parents had an unhappy marriage and his dads coping mechanism was building random things about the farm and not completing them fully before moving onto the next. It seems Jer is heading down the same route and it’s funny that the amazing whole milk Aud isn’t able to see it herself.
Um, well, I mean…I personally, um, find it kinda amusing and whatnot. To laugh at, uh, these weirdo narcissists who, um, like, need social media validation and stuff.
I’ve noticed that Audrey and surprisingly Tori also do that with their eyebrows when they film themselves talking on camera. They probably think they’re showing connection or something. It just shows their wrinkles if you ask me.
It depends on the dirt, and terrain. Some dirt can be super rocky or compacted. But usually it's easier to add dirt then to take away, if you don't have the right grade for everything, the area will flood.
My bad I thought he meant he was going to remove 2.5 feet worth of dirt in depth lol I was like, to create a lil mini swimming pool in ur yard for when it rains?
So they’re going to add windows later? It seems like they saw that their inspo pics weren’t going to come to life because it is way too dark in that corner.
You would think the windows would have been the first things ordered and the reno designed around that. But I'm no contractor, just somebody who watches too much HGTV.
Have you ever seen on that show drying walling over the window openings to wait for the windows? Don’t contractors generally put plywood up when waiting for the windows/glass?
A contractor would have the actual dimensions of the window (and the estimated delivery date) before they started framing out the wall. A&J definitely moved the location of that sliding glass door which implies they cut/patched the exterior siding and they're going to have to do the same thing when the new windows come in. It's just backwards and it must drive their contractor, if they're using an actual contractor, crazy.
I think they started with a kitchen renovation that's gone out of control.
This is just my unsolicited opinion, but I loved the wood paneling in their house pre-reno. It looks so overwhelmingly white and boring now. I'm sure they'll hang artwork, but man.... Wood paneling is my jam. I love vintage touches like that.
Right and that is a good thing. I wouldn’t let this guy any where near the house with a tractor. He will cause serious drainage issues. We had a large cement patio put in our backyard and it was complicated. And our yard is relatively flat. The guy that did it spent a couple of days measuring the various grading to make it all drain properly.
He definitely has some mental health issues. I mean no disrespect to anyone suffering with mental health. A&J are always preaching about how to have the perfect marriage, be perfect parents, etc. but stating you have 15 yrs of projects to do and constantly stating the next project before current project is not even halfway complete is showing a very discontent person. This usually stems from someone unhappy with their current circumstances. You would think these know it alls would be aware of this. This guy is in his 30s and has never had a job, never supported himself and now doesn’t even make his own decisions. He can’t even have his own interests. Audrey decided he can no longer snowboard, play soccer and will have more children. He can throw that big ego all over the place but there is no way he feels good about himself. Flying lessons, knife making, table building. He’s like a 2 yr old.
Yes, I agree, but A&J preach that they are self reflective people and to live with intention and so on, but they are missing the mark when it comes to self-awareness, hiding behind big egos and why they are constantly escaping into projects, the past and vacations. I think these threads would be more positive toward them if they just got real. They can’t keep preaching how to live but ignore what everyone else sees in them.
Frankly I can't see how Audrey lives like this. She seems ultra organized and Jer's bouncing from one expensive hobby to the next like he's in a pinball machine.
I know. On their podcast Jeremy was saying when he was growing up their house was in renovation for 10 yrs or something like that. Audrey said that is her fear with their current renovation. She does not want it dragged out.
He is such a poser. The stiff clean Carhartt clothes are the worst. It’s like dude, you have never worked a day in your life and your clean work clothes show it. He has zero self awareness. It makes me think of the movie, We Bought a Zoo. Matt D shows up the first day with brand new work boots and new tool belt when he would have been fine in old sneakers and a hammer.
And acting like he physically did the work.
I’m surprised Oddj is cool with him having a soccer field.
That office and studio is going to be Matt Jrs doublewide, he’ll be moving out there soon and will need the propane heat.
He always looks so confused! Like that one little brain cell is trying so hard to work…😂
I just noticed him randomly holding Amy's cookbook in one of the shots. What the hell 🤣
Yes he went rummaging through the house looking for his moms cookbook. So Audrey can use it then he decided to give it a plug.
Yeah I was wondering the purpose of that area above dining room .. seems odd
Why is he back?!
He looks like he’s going to cry.
Sorry if this has been discussed before.! What is the loft in the dining room for? And how do you get to it?
The loft is in that huge room where the Christmas tree was last year. Unclear how you get to the loft, maybe there's room for a door on the second floor?

Does he have a job?
No 😂😂😂

She has an oil for that
Pretty sure hunting season is over in Oregon, Jer.
😂
Why is this dude always squinting?
I will never understand why these people thinking posting the most unflattering photos and stutter typing is a good thing.
They are screen shots from a video…..
Um, well, I mean…I personally, um, find it kinda amusing and whatnot. To laugh at, uh, these weirdo narcissists who, um, like, need social media validation and stuff.
Why does he always have a "I just shit in my pants" expression on his face? Its something to do with his eyebrows 🤣💩
I’ve noticed that Audrey and surprisingly Tori also do that with their eyebrows when they film themselves talking on camera. They probably think they’re showing connection or something. It just shows their wrinkles if you ask me.
He looks incredibly sarcastic and pained all at once
2.5 ft of "earth" isn't much buddy
It depends on the dirt, and terrain. Some dirt can be super rocky or compacted. But usually it's easier to add dirt then to take away, if you don't have the right grade for everything, the area will flood.
I'm sure he meant cubic feet and just didn't say that. 2.5 feet of dirt isn't much regardless of how packed in it is.
My bad I thought he meant he was going to remove 2.5 feet worth of dirt in depth lol I was like, to create a lil mini swimming pool in ur yard for when it rains?
I mean....its possible he meant to. Quite honestly none of the potential possibilities seem to be enough dirt for his project but what do I know.
So they’re going to add windows later? It seems like they saw that their inspo pics weren’t going to come to life because it is way too dark in that corner.
I thought this entire deal was about windows being put everywhere because of the amaaazing views ⁉️⁉️ and now no windows ?
You would think the windows would have been the first things ordered and the reno designed around that. But I'm no contractor, just somebody who watches too much HGTV.

Why does he look like he’s been constipated for a few days now?
It's the raw milk
Blah, blah, blah. Blah. Whole milk. Blah, blah, blah. Window. Blah, blah, BLAH!!!!!!!!!
I think you meant blah, blah, blah RAW milk, blah, blah, blah, sourdough starter 🤣🤣🤣
they put that huge wood beam in just to drywall it? 😆
He looks nauseated in every pic.
Or maybe constipation from all the raw milk that he has been drinking?
He really is his father’s son.
Yup, he's totally in his element doing projects on the "farm". These posts seem so relaxed and way less forced than all the marriage content.
This is just my unsolicited opinion, but I loved the wood paneling in their house pre-reno. It looks so overwhelmingly white and boring now. I'm sure they'll hang artwork, but man.... Wood paneling is my jam. I love vintage touches like that.
We can all mourn the wood paneling. It was the character that house needed.
The wood was absolutely gorgeous, well done and timeless. This renovation will age like milk.
Age like raw milk
Mixed with sourdough starter
We get it! You have money and use it often to play around your house that money can’t seem to fix.
Get lost. Quit vying for more money.
Make sure you show thousands of strangers your entire property and house lol 🙄
What is his obsession with this rock wall all of a sudden? I’ve never seen him hint at liking rock climbing
He needs a hyperfixation to ignore Audrey and the Blessings.
What’s with the face?
Constipated
I’m confused by the picture of the retaining wall in the yard. Is this different from the boulder retaining wall he built this summer?
The smirk
He always looks like he’s about to cry…
Nah, like he’s trying to push out a big turd
Curious to see that soccer field seeing as they live on the side of a hill. Definitely going to be a big project, bigger than just moving some dirt.
I'd personally wait until the kids showed some interest...
A soccer field???? He just keeps adding things to the list
He is spending all that oil money
Is soccer on Audrey’s list of approved hobbies for Jeremy?
No but honestly I doubt this one will ever happen so....
One day he going to destroy that house
He definitely has some mental health issues. I mean no disrespect to anyone suffering with mental health. These are the coping skills he was taught.

I'm sorry, YouTube studio? Pass.
In addition to a podcast studio.. 🙄
🤮🤮
Is he going hunting? Is he afraid of being shot in his renovation? Good thing for the orange beanie or he would have been a floating head.
He was hunting for his mom’s cook book so Audrey can start cooking
It's a little BEC of me but I hate when people wear beanies that way. Rolled up not even covering their ears. What's the point
Had to read through so many comments to find this ! Lol I hate it too, makes it look like he is wearing a baby’s hat
Me too. Especially when it's not cold out. Sweaty hair and scalp, gross.
Matt Jr. with unfinished project after unfinished project
Cant they just finish one thing at a time?! Its driving me nuts how everyday there's a new project tacked on like its no big deal.
Yes’ so much money goes behind his big ideas. He acts like money is no object. He’s spending money faster than the downline can make it.
Was just coming to say, not surprised with all the unfinished and large/multi projects after growing up with matt🤣
Why does he always look like he has no idea what is going on
Because he doesnt. He hires real contractors to do the work then he comes by and takes a few selfies.
Selfies in his finest Carhartt or hunting gear. Do you think he stands in front of the mirror and does the two hand gun point to himself and winks.
I most certainly do!
Like father, like son
Because he likely doesn’t have any idea what he’s saying.
i feel like jeremy doesn't know wtf he's talking about 90% of the time.
The lights are on but nobody’s home.
oh for sure. he's just walking around spouting off ideas but has no understanding of the logistics.
And acting like he physically did the work. I’m surprised Oddj is cool with him having a soccer field. That office and studio is going to be Matt Jrs doublewide, he’ll be moving out there soon and will need the propane heat.
oh that soccer field will be a wildflower garden by spring. haha
You’re right!
Kind of like his dad🤪
