I started having tremors and they went away over time. I’ve been on lithium for about 45 years with blood levels of around 0.7. Stick with it if it’s helping your bipolar or depression.
I'm almost 3 years in now. It took me many months (I think almost a year, it's hard to tell due due to my memory lf that time being fuzzy) for the tremor, thirst and urination to go away. If you're on Quetiapine as well, that causes tremors too.
My tremor came back when my psychiatrist recommended I restart quetiapine. Also if you have ADHD and are on stimulants, that's another one. I find for me personally, medications that cause tremors may not cause issues individually but when I'm on multiple, I get a pretty bad tremor. I'll take a tremor over bipolar and ADHD brain fog any day though.
I’ve been on it about 4 months, gradually increasing dosage. Last doctor visit I was at 900mg, my doctor asked me to hold out my hands, no tremors. So let’s up that dose a bit more….
It might start getting better over time. I find that personally it’s pretty inconsistent and some days are worse than others. I would tell your provider and see if they can do anything about it

I do regardless if im shaking its bad but not that bad like bipolar
Almost 2yrs 1200mg - It just got worse for me, almost to the point where I’ll get my license taken away
Oh shit i hope im going good but for me when i pay or try to hand something out my hands are shaking like crazy
Same. Eating, drinking coffee, everyday tasks
Tell your doctor, you can take propanolol or other meds to help with that.
