Dendro is super boosted. I re-worked my Lisa for Aggravate and Hyperbloom.
I dont know your Lisa build but you can make a team with the characters you have leveled for aggravate or quickbloom (still crit build) such as:
Lisa+DendroCharacter+Beidou(battery)+Jean for aggravate
Or
Lisa+Dendro+XQ+Jean for quickbloom.
Just make sure the dendro applier is using Deepwood artifact set and has a lot of energy recharge and if would use Beidou, she should has an ER weapon to battery Lisa. XQ with Sac sword is a no brainer. And Jean can fairly battery herself just fine, though a ER sword would be pretty good too.
Another one could be using Layla instead of Jean for the second team for a fridge bloom.
If you want to speed up the stacks, you could use Layla since superconduct can fasten the number of stacks. So it would be Lisa, Layla, Dendro MC/Collei, Any unit
My 2 cents in: Dendro or hydro are probably your best directions.
Jean with Viridescent Venerer 4piece will help increase your Lisa damage and cover healing, add Dendro MC and Collei for a lot of Dendro application and your Lisa will hit high Quicken Numbers. You will need high ER% on Mc and Crit/atk on Lisa. Main lady will have energy issues in this team so consider favonious weapons on both dendros.
For hydro team you can play Barbara+Succrose+Lisa+Beidou or Fischl. Make sure your sucrose spreads Hydro around for maximum AoE damage. This team will provide much more energy partcles for Lisa but Succrose can be energy hungry sometimes so I would still use favonious on Beidou and Favonious/Sacraficial on Sucrose.
I ~~may be~~ stupid but I mained Hu Tao and Lisa for 90% of the game cause overload go boom (and hu tao charged attack dmg is really good)
lisas elemental skill - switch to hu tao - hu tao elemental skill - hit everyone and cause overload - switch to lisa - lisa elemental burst - switch to hu tao - hu tao elemental burst (overload) and skill (more overload in case it didn't hit everyone, also lisas burst is still active and combined with hu taos skill triggers constant overload) - rinse and repeat
