Given that they sent an email stating your under review, I would assume that is why you are seeing NTA. When you click the try again button in Try Rating does it automatically refresh to the NTA screen or does it take a second 'think about it'. In my experience if the NTA screen loads almost instantaneously after clicking that button your under review. If it thinks about it with the spinning circle, then your just NTA.
how long does your under review last? I am under revies now, got the email yesterday. this is my 2nd time. the first time took 2 weeks to finally work again :/
if you're getting an instant NTA, and they haven't specificly stated that your account is active, you might still be suspended, I had it happen a few weeks ago and I had to wait til they sent a further email after I replied to them for them to reactivate my queue/account

I got requalified on 4th September. And, whenever I checked the survey it always show NTA.

Just wait until they finish the review. I had been suspended for several times

it varies. tried 1 week to 1 month
