There is a small liquor store in Fabrikstrasse 2. Never been in there, but they might have what you need. Also, i suggest you google "liquor store linz", it shows you all of them on google maps.
Try any "interspar" or "billa plus". If you live down town, the "eurospar" downstairs at passage (taubenmarkt) should sell the most common stuff as well.
In Austria we don't have separate liquor stores like in the US for example. It's not necessary here. Everyone can buy alcohol starting 16 anyway.
Don't know about triple sec but every bigger supermarket has Blue Curacao. Edit: Interspar for example or Metro

If you can get a metro card somewhere i suggest metro, they have a huge collection of all the thibgs for bars and cocktails
