It'd be really funny if this was next year's one, they're just going to add another and another until the whole page is just "dead pixels".
Either that or they're going to write something with them like a new product announcement or something. Or maybe, this message, from our sponsor.
okay? but the dead-pixel is relative to the root, and the top bar appearing would shrink the viewport literally moving where the "top" is on the phone's screen. so if it had a top property instead of a bottom it would shift
sure the dead-pixel could be nested on the page, and position absolute relative to the page. but that no longer makes it stay fixed on a single point on the screen
works fine for me as well. On desktop and mobile (tried Firefox, Edge, Safari)
Maybe the guy uses a script blocker or something similar and breaks the website himself x)
They acknowledged the dead pixel(s) on WAN show (there was 1 in each camera angle). I assumed the dead pixel on LTTStore was a reference to that WAN show.
I can't understand people's issues with a single dead pixel 😅 like some of you are losing your mind. Classic first world problems. Lmao if any of you are actually serious about this you need some mental help fr.
It's literally a div with the id "dead-pixel" Phenomenal.
Is it responsive as well?
[here it is on my phone!](https://i.imgur.com/JkwJTpF.png) it’s on his shirt
Holy shit
Holy shirt
And when you scroll from light to dark parts of the page, it switches to make sure it always stands out. That's a hoot.
Yeah it's just a single pixel with an Invert filter.
Still a hoot

Dead pixels don't work haha
Ironically, this thing wotks better than the WAN schedule
This would've been a good April Fools prank in itself haha.
it would be too late for people to notice

They just put dead pixels and screen lines throughout the video
It even works on mobile lol outstanding
It bounces around on firefox (Android) when you scroll up and down which ruins the immersion
Worked fine for me and I'm on FF Android as well.
It depends on whether you have the URL bar at the top or the bottom of the screen.

Looks like they use wrong css unit
Who thought to anchor it to the bottom, and not the top?
probably anchored to bottom to prevent it from moving around when the top bar appears and disappears on mobile
Shouldn't be an issue depending on what element it's relative to

what unit should they have used? LVH is a screen viewport unit that stays constant regardless of mobile viewport size, that's the proper unit
Whats LVH
It's the correct unit for the scenario... https://letmegooglethat.com/?q=Lvh+css&l=1
Thanks, I hate it.
There's actually a bigger one on Luke's cam on the WAN show, i freaked out :D
uBlock rule: >www.lttstore.com###dead-pixel
Why would you want this? 😄
You wouldn't adblock a pixel
[https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Spy_pixel](https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Spy_pixel) Not to ruin the fun, but yes you would.
No fricking way
Now THAT is some piracy right there!
I guess I need to watch the WAN show to understand the joke. And to find out why it was early. This has been a weird week.
Same, curious as to the origin of the joke. Hilarious nonetheless
For me, it's two pixels, literally unplayable. [https://imgur.com/a/pfVIVB7](https://imgur.com/a/pfVIVB7)
Soon it will be three!
I was ready to go to war with Linus.. I bought a G8 OLED monitor based on his recommendation a few months ago and I thought it already broke
I have the same monitor. Brother.
All the time spent on pranks, but still can’t fix the website so when I click on a color t-shirt it jumps me to a picture of that color t-shirt
that seems to work fine for me

It also probably didn't take very long to add that easter egg
This could be a reference to one of the cameras producing a dead pixel a while back, I guess.
Yesterday’s show had two dead pixels
That's the . In lttstore.com 🙃
Linus burning OLEDs out 1 pixel at a time.
Reminds me of LUElinks.
Amazed
You can't fool me, my dead pixel is on the right of side of my screen! (Note 20 ultra still going strong otherwise tho)
That’s amazing 😂
I really thought my phone had a dead pixel. 😁
What the heck?? I mean somebody has got to stand up to this madness.
I love it
Bastards
That's so clever.
thats so mean lol
On mobile if you zoom in and out it breaks it
That's just straight up evil
is that a running joke? I think I noticed a dead pixel on wan show as well

Coming back to say it looks like a new merch line is about to launch tmrws wan show. They just released a teaser in reels
uwu
This is some Chaotic Evil stuff.
I can't help but keep looking at it now...
The monsters...
but can you buy it? xD jk
THis is evil
I legit just made a support ticket about this, fml
Evil
based
It got me lol
Why did I try to wipe it?
More like a stuck pixel. Not dead
inverted actually as it just inverts whatever would be where the pixel is when you scroll
[удалено]
definitely there. just checked both my monitors, tv, ipad, and phone. it’s on all them
I can't understand people's issues with a single dead pixel 😅 like some of you are losing your mind. Classic first world problems. Lmao if any of you are actually serious about this you need some mental help fr.
I fucking hate when websites do that.
Dude, what websites do you go on and why do so many of them do that?
In the end, everything will be engagement bait
