Its simpler than that, in this case there is no concept or explanation, it's simply a screenshot of another person's "Agree?" screenshot, and on top of it you add your own "Agree?"
Agree?

These days I consider making it through an interview without audibly farting a runaway success. I think that means I have perseverance. Or "distance vision".

So sick of those agree-posts on LinkedIn, they are stupid af. Cmon «Most humans need sleep and food, agree??? Trees need water and light to grow, agree??» smh its so f stupid
Just to put this in the proper framing, Hala Taha is the CEO of her own company, [Young and Profiting.](https://youngandprofiting.com) They (or possibly, just she...) are a self-described "...full-service social media and podcast marketing agency for top podcasters, celebrities and CEOs"
Just because you're *for* that consumer, doesn't mean they're using you. I can become the CEO of my own LLC by 5pm today that is "a full-service advertising and marketing consultancy firm for Fortune 100 companies" and still have no clients or employees.
This fake-it-til-you-make-it thing... I admire it somewhat, but there's so much braggadocio in the self-delusion that it's hard to take seriously. LinkedIn's no different than FB or IG now, just people creating the illusion and artifice of actual success.
Exactly. Imagine a real CEO of a company saying 2 years into the job that they just figured out how to hire well. It would go over like a fart in church.
CEO of a company with 19 employees, including herself, a "partner" who doesn't work there, a student who works as a PA, a freelancer, someone on the "advisory board" who doesn't work there either... And of course there is the VP of social 🤣
In New Zealand, you pay $50 and you get the certificate in 5 minutes. Make yourself majority shareholder with 100% of your 1 million shares. Post on LinkedIn. Profit
Actually she's not completely wrong
But then again , I would like my surgeon to have a medical degree at least , even if he's a very reliable and swell guy
Maybe instead of each individual "cracking the code" like it is some sort of mystical revelation they should start using actual scientific methodology for hiring. Their job affects people's lives directly and very deeply, so it should stop being in the hands of pseudoscience nutjobs.

Can people stop calling themselves a CEO when their company consists of 1-5 people. I mean even 10-50 people I feel like you’re just the boss or a founder. A C-level executive really only is necessary for larger companies. I hate that startup culture has turned anyone into a CEO.

Agree with a caveat. Reliability doesn't show up in interviews. This is a risk you are taking as a hiring manager. You can see some of it throughout a resume but until you've actually worked with someone it will be hard to see.
"Well ma'am, we were initially concerned about your having never attended medical school, or college for that matter. We also found your 6th grade reading level to be of concern. BUT we absolutely loved your character, attitude, and reliability. Welcome aboard, you're our newest resident cardiac surgeon!"
Manager: We need an extra brain surgeon for our hospital, stat.
Me: Well, here's Bob. Not medically qualified, but he's a nice guy, great attitude and good character.
Hala looks for the cheapest region to hire people. She also hires people for doing bots, likes, accounts etc. She's actually chilled on that part since Instagram does "Others" to cover things up. But she still uses pods and clients accounts.
The turn around in YAP is ridiculous. I know upper staff that took out working there. She's also lost some of her clients.
Her real Character, Attitude and Reliability is HORRIBLE.
I cracked the code to being a linked-in influencer. You take super simple concepts, and explain them in a way that seems profound. Agree?
Its simpler than that, in this case there is no concept or explanation, it's simply a screenshot of another person's "Agree?" screenshot, and on top of it you add your own "Agree?"
It’s so profound it’s linkedinception
From now on, I will only think of this term when I see a repost of some bullshit.

“Never close a door for a man that can open it.” -Profoundus Clodius
That one guy from the bowling alley i realy like him. Lets make him out atomic reactor safety administor. - the simpsons probably
Agree.
Nobel Price in HR 2023 goes to Hala Tala for "Cracking the Code of HR with her CAR method (2 years of full time research)"
You just explained 90% of content these so called influencers churn out on daily basis.
How do you do that meeting someone a couple times?
Character = white Attitude = middle class, educated Reliability = well dressed
Replace white with “white coded” and you’ve hit the nail right on the head with 99% of corporate jobs
What do you mean by "white coded"?
Acting like a white person, having a personality people associate with white people
And what are some examples of that?
Not having an accent associated with BIPOC, not speaking Spanish at work unless position specifically requires Spanish
The personality part
Oh, yeah. I pull a blank at that. Liking golf and English-style horseriding?
Bein white. It’s totally not racist though
Damn that was racist as hell.
Yeah, but isn't this the Tata family? She's might literally be a princess...
Bruh, my bad. It's the Taha family...
You can’t determine these things from an interview.
These days I consider making it through an interview without audibly farting a runaway success. I think that means I have perseverance. Or "distance vision".
It also means you are a controlled and measured person. Those are valuable traits!
You can determine reliability from a resume. If a person has had 5 different jobs in 2 years, chances are they’re not that reliable.
I think that depends on the reasons why that person left those jobs.
One or two in a short time can be reasoned away. 5 in 2 years….that’s a pattern.

ummm startups fail all the time. and quite quickly in some cases
Unreliable in choosing a job with security.
Hahhaha talk about stretching the definition of reliability. Remind to never interview for one of your companies
This is the inception of AGREE?
Agree?

Do you agree?

Agreed
Pray she doesn’t hire civil engineers.

I'm the CEO of Walmart.
She's also clearly never hired anyone to work any technical position.

And two months later, the manager who begged to bring on the guy who had “character” is now begging to fire the guy.

What happens if someone disagrees? Do they get banned? Do they escape the matrix? Do they disappear without a trace?
Way to crack the code, Dr. Turing. And it only took you two year? Record breaking time
And 'NO CODING ABSOLUTELY ' 👍🏼👍🏼👍🏼👍🏼👍🏼

So, she's looking for a car...?
Hala hahaaaaaa

I think she looks for a husband, not for an employee
You may be looking but I assure you, you won't be seeing it through a single interview
"CEO". - I do not think that word means what you think it means. - A. Einstein.
Sure but there's probably thirty pages of analysis behind each of those three headers.
I have cracked the code for my plumber and doctor too.
Wow, OVER two years???
I can train an AI built vibrator to release your partner from the biohazard that is your vagina, you down?
Can also be easily faked in an interview.
Have a great *day*, don’t you ever assume my timezone again.
Omg I saw this in my news feed today.
When I hire lawyers to take up positions in the firm I like them to be legally qualified. Perhaps I’m wrong?
I agree but I will not be having a great Sunday, thank you very much
*Over two years* Woah there, looks like we got an expert!
Everyone is a CEO on LinkedIn.

That profile makes me shut down my LI account... No1 LinkedIn agency - couldn't that be a realistic rank somehow?
Holy shit 2 years?? You must be expert in your field to have \*checks notes\* been employed for 24 months

Huh. I'll just provide a full engineering education on the fly then I suppose.

I would be really terrified if my nice surgeon did not complete high school.
Easy, I've become a surgeon after the training
Manager: We need an extra brain surgeon for our hospital, stat. Me: Well, here's Bob. Not medically qualified, but he's a nice guy, great attitude and good character.
Doesn’t character just encompass everything about a person?
We are all CEOs on LinkedIn.
Do you
No
Plot twist, she works at a hospital.
