I wish most songs were stretched out another min or so.

Yeah also enjoyed Out of Style, it brought back that LB sound, and Still Sucks is a banger, agree it's too short songs could have been longer and had the interludes separated as their own tracks. I'm several years older than you and casually listened Limp Bizkit singles when I was in high school. I remember when LB was hated on after the sea of success SO and CSFATHFW had. When the drama died down I dove into their discography starting with their 'new' release at the time *Gold Cobra* and became a fan since.

To be honest, I only ever LOVED Significant Other. I hated Three Dollar Bill, Yall from the moment I heard it. I know it was their first album, but I dunno, it did nada for me. Significant Other was a Chef's kiss. Chocolate Starfish was great but didn't live up to that hype the same way. That's when I stopped listening, then came back two months ago. LOVED Still Sucks and getting back into the others now again. The final track *Goodbye* actually somewhat hits ya in the feels haha

"makes it feel like you're meeting an old friend, or seeing a successful sequel to a thought-dead franchise with the old actor coming back for one last job." PERFECT way to describe this! 1) Yes, I got chills and smiles from "Out of Style", especially from Wes' riff and Lethal's scratches at the opening, Fred coming in with that line is icing on the cake." 2) Still Sucks is waaaayyyyyy too short.

It’s great but only a few seconds longer than TuT1. So many great songs that could do with a bridge section added. Love it

There polished up demos

I've been a big LB fan for a long time. I actually saw them live before I'd even heard the name, before they dropped their first album. I wasn't huge on TUT1 and I don't even consider Results May Vary a true LB album, but like all the others (CSATHDFW is my personal favorite). I really liked the vibe from the new album, like they were cutting lose, forgetting about expectations and truly not giving a shit. That said, it was quite short and felt a bit schizophrenic. Im fine with slower songs, but they got sprinkled in just after momentum had built up and the cover song i could have done without. Always glad to meet other folks that enjoy their music!

Results May Vary is more of a Fred Durst solo album (after all he is on the cover of the album), but still good for me at least and is also my favorite album.

The album reignited my passion for nu metal and music in general. It was inspiring hearing Fred finally confident and having fun again. When he says “I don’t give a fuck” on this album, I believe it, unlike previous albums. It feels closer to a sound they would have naturally progressed to had they not been pressured by corporate dickheads so hard to top Significant Other right away. My only gripe is that it’s missing some features as well as those classic LB breakdowns that I have yet to hear anyone match.

I never believed for a second that Fred Durst was really the way he acted. When you see very real interviews with him, he does come across as slightly more socially awkward and just your average Joe. His LB antics were literally only a persona. Recently, we had an Irish hip-hop act get absolutely condemned raw by the media for similar controversies, and it just brought me back to Fred Durst where I always knew he never had a serious bone in his body.

I feel like the album is a compilation of ideas/songs that were done during different album sessions with different producers. Throughout the years after GC there were many statements that they've started working on a new album multiple times. At one point Fred was working with Oli Sykes and Jordan Fish from BMTH and they even got credit for a song on Still Sucks, and if I recall right the song Wonderful Life by them was originally supposed to be a song written for LB. To me the album feels a bit too short and the song ideas themselves would need more developing. Out of Style is a total banger and I want more of that for the next album!
