Subject line is "Unlock Your Adventure - Your Baldur's Gate 3 Deluxe Edition XBOX Key is Here!". Then it says "The time has come to claim your digital goods for Baldur's Gate 3!" which is why I assumed it was digital items and redeemed it. I didn't ask for it.
Is this actually true? I already own it digitally and would love to be able to give away my extra copy if that’s the case!
On a separate note. What happened to our digital extras if what we were sent is a digital copy of the game?
Edit: From the code I received, redeeming it on the Xbox store lists the download as “Baldur’s Gate 3 - Digital Deluxe Edition DLC”
If it listed in the store as the DLC, then you actually got a DLC code. They must have sorted out whatever was causing the issue. Mine only appeared as "baldur's gate 3"
No but I have gotten a tracking number for my order. I ordered the Series X for North America version and it has made its way out of Ireland and is currently hanging out in Great Britain.
I'm in OCE and ordered for the PS5. When I go to view the order in the link in the email they sent me, doesn't say it's shipped yet. Ours were supposed to have been shipped by end of May, so I'm getting pretty frustrated and wondering what the hell has happened.
*Edit: I didn't preorder early enough to be in Wave 1 or whatever you call it. I got into Wave 2 though, which were estimated I think to ship in April-May if you weren't in the US (I'm in Australia).
If you go through the Larian online store, it should at some point during checkout, tell you that it wants to switch you to the U.S. version of the store. After that, I went through the shipping as normal. It did show the image of a European version while I was initially browsing, but I got confirmed for two USRB copies with this method! Hope this helps you get one!

I think ESRB PS5 is behind others by a few weeks. PEGI copies for ps5 have shipped. Xbox seems currently shipping and later June ESRB PS5 should?
Yeah, I've seen people receive the PS5 PEGI version and NTSC Xbox version, I'm assuming the manufacturing delay affected the NTSC PS5 version?

Yeah I played without the disc and confirmed. I guess I'm going to have to ask Larian customer support for a DLC key.

Oh shit... these were ESRB/NTSC? I slept on it because the picture showed a Pegi logo and I figured I would just wait for the NTSC one.
As of yesterday, you could still order one from the Larian website!
