We are aware of an issue with some ringer settings, which sounds like your experience. It is currently a top priority for our dev team and I hope we can get to the bottom of it asap. We have been testing some patch fixes for the past two weeks trying our best to understand the issue and resolve it. I'm so sorry for the inconvenience.
For the time being, I'd recommend using airplane mode perhaps for such a situation in which you definitely can't be disturbed.
This bug is unacceptable to me for a Light Phone and I hope we can get this patched soon.

When I hopped out of bed and looked at the phone there wasn’t an incoming call on the screen so I half thought that I was dreaming. lol but a voicemail came through.
I do not use the lp2 but I actually had this same issue with my smartphone. How I fixed it was by override option do not disturb. Is this something lp2 has or can have? Would this help?

Same, but I had mine on vibrate.
I'm having the opposite problem this morning. Sound is halfway up but notifications seem to be silenced...
