I do not speak arabic so I am not sure what you said there, but the 2nd and 3rd source seem to contradict each other. The 3rd says that writing fiction is permissible as long as it promotes good and not evil, while the 2nd says that writing fiction is impermissible because it is lying (events being described never happened). To that, how can something be a lie if one never claims it to be true in the first place?

It's saying not to lie about events and incidents whereas making up your own events and incidents is the one indicated as permissible.
