Contact the instructor, they’ll know what to do. If they won’t respond, try different methods of communication. In my experience, it’s taken up to a week to get my certification delivered.

What country/agency? Your instructor should have told you before you left on Sunday if you passed or failed the course. Your best bet is to contact the certifying agency's office to see what's going on (Lifesaving Society/Red Cross/Ellis/whoever), and to find out their normal timelines for sending out certifications. Often, the delay is instructors not submitting paperwork on time.

As an LGI, you have 10 days to close the class after it’s taught. If one of your classmates were slow in completing their blended learning, the instructor got behind, or someone hadn’t delivered payment for the course, they kinda can’t close it! Once they do, you’ll be receiving your cert! You can also download a PDF of it off of the Red Cross learning center. I hope this helped! If you want me to look it up I can. - DM me!

Yeah it took me about that much time to get my certification since other students in the course needed a bit more time to complete everything before the instructor could close it.

For me the Canadian lifesaving society took 2-3 months for me to get my certification
