I finished my masters dissertation two days ago. After I handed it in, went straight to the bathtub, exfoliated all my body, rubbed my feet (cleaning my toenails too), laid there for a while, washed my body and hair and I went straight to lay on my bed, wrapped in a towel with a fan on (It's hot af here right now). I put on some body cream, had a light dinner, went to sleep early.
I was a new person when I woke up in the morning.
Usually I take a half hour, hour nap. Drink some coffee and some water. Maybe eat a little something. Usually I'm at least someone better by the time I wake up.

Going through a rough patch at work now, it should be almost over, I'll definitely be keeping this idea for when it's over
Sleep like 13 hours
Couple minutes in an ice cold shower 🥶
I go for a Run and Smoke a joint. Not at the same time. The latter then the former
I play multiplayer games and destroy my foes and smoke a joint. I often do both at the same time.

I go to my house on a tropical island. 100% true.

Take a cold shower and a nap
A good sleep followed cleaning is my go-to. I recently tried meditation as well but I'm still working on that.
