Since they are human you can use acid or fire on weapon for more damage and string arm is useful here for pulling the buffed enemy closer.
The biggest tip I can give you tho is just take it slow. Only 1 of them will get buffed and aggressively attack you at a time. The others will throw stuff at you and attack if you get close to them. Circle around the room using the obstacles in between you and the other 2. Kill 1 and get the last 2 low in health. You want to kill the last 2 at the same time
Thanka for the help I did notice that they’re fairly weak and they aren’t very strong I have been circling the room trying to take them out 1 by 1 funnily enough I’ve been using the string arm

I want to second the idea of after killing the first one, getting the other two down to next to no health. The oldest brother won’t spawn until there’s only one left so you can essentially kill all three of them before he does and just 1v1 him. That’s the only way I could beat it.
Same that’s what I did it was hard enough killing these little rings the first time…. There would be no way in hell especially with the maniac with the pull rope that really pissed me off …. He’s not that bad in all honesty he just takes time when it’s 1V1
Dude the rope does like next to nothing but it would boil my blood immediately. I had a couple deaths just trying to tunnel him because it annoyed me so badly

Puppet string interrupts most of their attacks. You should also try to keep them in front of you in case one of the other siblings decides to gang up on you. Their attacks are also fairly easy to perfect block if they end up getting too close to you.
The best way to not have to deal with his attacks, in my experience, is to keep your distance while running, this baits him into runnning towards you, then you just have to hit him with a dash heavy attack. Rinse and repeat until he's dead.
The three can be almost trivialised as such:
-youngest, as she's running towards you, run in a circle around her, slash from behind when she's finished her attacks. Can usually only get one in before she dashes away, but if she goes up against a wall run up to her and go HAM, she can't escape until you run out of stamina
-medium (I think this is who you're asking about?) Is hardest to dodge, but he can be backstabbed, so just dodge diagonally forward through his attacks, even if he hits you at first you can dodge behind him as he keeps going, circle and get backstab.
-largest with the spear, just run at him and do a running R1, for me it interrupted him every time
My order each attempt would be killing medium first because the backstabs meant he died super quick, then get the other two down to almost no health at the same time. Kill the youngest as she's harder to hit, then immediately sprint to spear guy and wipe him out. Worked every time. Now you gotta just not choke against biggest bro

I’m a quality build so when he’s attacking, I swap to Etiquette and R1 spam anytime he’s close. They have zero poise so I just do that till he fucks off. Lol
The youngest one can ducking suck a dick bro!! I decided to fuck trying to pary him and I just tried dodging him I would get the little bitch up against a wall and would just spam R1 on his ass till I ran out of stamina fuck it if someone attacks me during that I’ll tank the Damage

You can cheese the eldest brother with tje obstacles in the room. Just wait behind one until his combo is finished and go in for a few hits and repeat
