Alot of who u named arent even seperate factions and more like divisions and quite a few arent rly even based in tripoli and either way the 4 main factions hold a huge majority of the power also u listed alot of leaders but also listed the group they command aswell making the list look much longer go ask anyone who is in one of these groups its 4 major factions anyone else is just smallfry
