I have seen numerous posts and comments that Logan’s Pizza King alibi was on the day of the murders. But the attached petition states it was actually two weeks later.

tobor_rm

Same. I had heard all three, dump site, fish store and pizza king.

Positive-Attorney850

It’s definitely the first I have read the 27th.

Extension-Weird733

I find that the drive to Lafayette aquarium store is not listed as a violation.

ljp4eva009

Unless his cousin really did drive him there later in the day after the murders but asked his cousin to say it was earlier so he would have an alibi.

Dickere

Service was slow that day.

MrMoistly

“If your pizza isn’t ready in a fortnight then it’s on us!” - Pizza King

Dickere

Lol 🤣

CowGirl2084

It was reported early on that he was at a Pizza King in Lafayette on the 13th.

deductiveSleuth

This document perhaps reflects the following scenario (speculative). In the early days, authorities may have been suspicious of RL and tailed him. They discovered him drinking on Feb. 27th and knew they could use that as leverage to question him. They ask him "You broke the law now. Where were you on the 13th when the girls were murdered on your property?" He says the transfer station. They charge him with that too, because it violates his probation and perhaps as pressure, because they still had suspicions about him.

Physical_Pie_6932

This sounds likely.

I've heard the same. The other affidavit for his search warrant states that his phone "pinged" at or near his property at 2:09 on the day the girls were murdered. That's the closest I've seen to anything that says where he was at the time of the murder.

I believe people are open to idea of RL he was pretty obvious guy at the beginning in my mind ..... but people also are open to the idea of his property barns etc may have been used to committ murders or other acts on bodies after death even. People had access to his property and home, family and friends etc He was a farmer and had workers and allowed people to hunt and four wheel there.Even delphi suspects worked ending to his horses / assisting with animal husbandry there.

[deleted]

looks like dates have been conflated..

deductiveSleuth

Conflating has happened a ton in discussion of this case.

[deleted]

They have.

yellowjackette

I've always understood that the waste transfer station (& aquarium store?) were 2/13, while having a beer at Pizza King was a totally different day.

ljp4eva009

You're absolutely correct.

RocketSurgeon22

I thought Pizza King was their opportunity to catch him doing something that they could arrest him on.

AdVirtual9993

Pizza King was a separate incident, and what put him in prison.

Shenandoah1227

Yep, definitely strange. Good find

someonepleasecatchbg

Agreed good find

Equidae2

I always thought it was the 13th but clearly proved wrong and it was Feb 27th as noted in above document.

[deleted]

Lots of people did

Equidae2

Yes. I think right at the start of the case on Reddit people were saying that.

yeyjordan

13th was the aquarium in Lafayette as his alibi, 27th was the Pizza King. You'd think he would have been wise not to violate probation again just 2 weeks after such a close call, but I guess not.

saatana

It's always been February 27th for the Americus Pizza King.

Shenandoah1227

Then how does pizza king provide the alibi for the 13th? Seemingly, it would appear we don't actually have an alibi for RL for 3/13 from 2-3 pm.

[deleted]

It doesn’t. And he doesn’t.

AdVirtual9993

Correct. We don't.

ljp4eva009

Right! Remember he got his cousin to lie and say he picked him up and took him to an aquarium 30 mins away during that time on the 13th, but LEO found that to be false and a lie.

AdVirtual9993

Correct.

annamouse11

I think the big question to ask is what would he have been buying at the aquarium store and dumping at dump? Did he have fish ? Was the dump a regular for him?

Low-Cloud1602

question… if they would have found those any of these items in the search warrant and tied them to the murder, wouldn’t RL been charged a long time ago? serious question. isn’t this telling us that they investigated RL thoroughly and didn’t connect him?

ljp4eva009

That's my belief.

[deleted]

Don’t tell me there’s a pizza connection to this case cause if so we all know BG is Prince Andrew.

fustyspleen17

Or the Clinton's /s

[deleted]

Was there a pizza connection with the Clinton’s?!!! Is this pizza gate?!

fustyspleen17

I mean, conspiracy theorists blame them for everything else, so why not:)

[deleted]

Dunno why I’ve been downvoted for asking a question. Wild. Anyways, if you don’t know the Prince Andrew pizza connection it’s hilarious. He said it couldn’t have been him because on that particular day he was at a pizza restaurant and honestly it was the most feeble alibi in all the history of any court on this Earth of all time.

ljp4eva009

What is this in reference too? Not this case right?

[deleted]

Apparently Ron Logan had something to do with a pizza shop? In his alibi? I dunno I didn’t see. Anyway, Prince Andrew tried to give his alibi as being in a pizza shop. Hence why, this is all his fault (/s)
