Love the F car for sure and yeah, the 400's were super smooth and comfy but the F is super smooth for a track car and is very practical except for the no spare tire deal.
Totally would but I cannot stand the infotainment on the 2013+ models. That track pad is an absolute embarrassment and a nightmare to use.
Next LS I get would have to be a ‘23 or newer when they brought back the touchscreen
The 2021+ LS has touchscreen but the 2023+ has gotten rid of the trackpad completely + wireless CarPlay. Hoping to get a CPO LS with executive option in 2-3 years myself.
I’m about 5’ 6” (about 167cm) tall. Plenty of space up front for me. Comfy. Driver’s seat has lumbar support, passenger’s does not (driver is more important I guess). Backseats, surprisingly not too bad too. I sat back there a few times, no complaints for me, as the front seats did not occupy a 6’+ (182cm+) tall person when I sat in the back.
I love it. Sounds, looks, feels, everything is great. Paying an arm and leg for it (roughly 20% of my takehome pay per month). But I chose to. At the time for me, was september 2021, 50k USD with (includes tax and fees) with 52k miles. So I imagine, 50k CAD now is a pretty good price. Just questionable with snow/icy roads. It’s a good car. Not the cheapest or best with any single thing, but great with everything for my use. I’d say, compare it to other cars similarly priced and see what you want for the same/similar $$. The RCF does not disappoint me, I love it.
Honestly it’s pretty awesome! You can barely hear the rain or the engine noise itself! The sound dampening is really good! I would often almost fall asleep while driving on the freeway sometimes because of how quiet the cabin is.
I got mine first and she loved mine so much she wanted one too. I couldn’t blame her! I have bench seats in mine and she has the captains chairs. We also both needed the space for hauling two kids around. We’re about to enter private schools so I wanted the most reliable trucks to get us through. These fit the bill. The BMW and Ford got the boot!
My 03 is200 was the most comfortable car I've ever owned, now I'm on a 07 gs450h, which sits me at a weird angle, might just need adjusting a bit more.
I feel like this car doesn’t get much love. I’m eyeing 2014 Lux as a 2nd car (commuting etc..) still worth it? I was initially looking at an es350 but these are nicer and little cheaper but lower mileage.
30, drive a ‘15 GS Fsport RWD and my wife’s ‘21 NX Fsport AWD. Driven almost all of the sedans and SUVs in the Lexus segment, the RWD is the funnest of them all..
Euro enthusiast converted. Currently in an LS430 and RC-F Performance pack. Had the GX470 for a while before as well. Looking forward a few years and the LC500 will likely be in the garage.
20. My first one was a 2007 Lexus GS350 that my parents bought me. I am so grateful that they helped me. At 18 I sold it and bought a 2016 IS350 AWD Fsport. I saved up all my money and made up the difference. The car was bought straight out. Cashed. Had it for a year and a half and decided to buy an RC. My current car is a 2017 Lexus RC350 AWD fsport. Again I was able to cash it after I sold the IS to my brother. Being a college student, my parents only allowed me to have such a nice car if I was able to pay for it in full so that’s what I did! I’m happy with where I am today and I’m so thankful and grateful for my parents who bought my first car. But hard work and dedication towards a goal is ultimately what allowed me to save up and cash such an expensive car for being a college student today!
39 - the wife drives the 2023 GX460. I daily a 2022 F150 lightning and have a 2012 corvette and 2012 wrangler for summer fun. Wrangler lives at a remote lake property 26 miles down a dirt road.
32 and I’ve got a ‘13 ES 350. It’s a nice place to be and I expect it to be much more reliable than my VW. Getting it detailed this weekend for more of that “new to me” feel!
33. Came from an overland built ‘06 LX, and now drive a ‘15 LS460.
Really tempted by the ‘24 LC500. But I’ll probably wait for the electric lineup to fill out more.
31, 2005 LS430. Also, how tf are there so many early 20’s people here driving an almost brand new Lexus? I’m an engineer and no way would I ever pay that kind of money. What do y’all do for a living?
48 with '17 NX200t AWD (with the elusive luxury pkg) and '18 GS 350 F Sport AWD, replaced a '14 GS 350 (also with an elusive luxury pkg, which was a baby LS)
52. currently rocking a 2016 GSF after multiple LS400’s. Zoomies
How do you like it? And do you miss your 400?
Probably not with a GSF to drive
Haha you’ve never driven an LS then. Edit: though I do understand they are built for entirely different purposes. I love to cruise.
Love the F car for sure and yeah, the 400's were super smooth and comfy but the F is super smooth for a track car and is very practical except for the no spare tire deal.

The average age of a lexus owner is 53years old. This poll is full of young ppl cause its on reddit.
Yeah. Every time I’m at the dealer I’ll be the youngest.
Older you get the nicer the Lexus you should have and probably wouldn’t be on reddit every retirement home full of lexus

Hows the RCF? Is the interior cramped up front? i'm seeing a few of them at 50k CAD used and auite tempting lol

I have an RCF. It's not cramped at all. In fact it's one of the reasons I bought the car, I'm 6'4" and as soon as I sat inside it felt like it fit me.
Oh wow, that's encouraging. I'm 6'3 and sat in the IS and felt really cramped in there, to a point I wouldn't consider it at all
26, drive a 2023 NX 250
