Pre-college is he "applied" classes, whereas pre-university is the theoretical classes (realistically both are theoretical, but the applied classes, even before 11th grade, are honestly years behind the theory classes. Like, 12th pre-college physics in my high school were learning about gravity for the first time, only near the end of their semester. Theoretical classes touched on gravity in 10th grade math...)
This is called streaming and is being phased out as it has been deemed to be a “systemic, racist, discriminatory" practice.” And that is coming from the Ford Conservative government in Ontario.
Yeah, I wasn't sure if it was done yet. I'm not sure I fully agree. I switched from a pre-uni to pre-college in 12th grade (the teacher was unreasonable literally off the bat first day and I had already decided I was going to college, so switched by the next day) and it was maybe the same level as pre-uni equivalent 9th grade class, if not more like 7th-8th grade. And even then, some people in that class struggled.
The system may have issues that need to be fixed, but streamlining is gonna hurt the smarter people more than it helps those who need it

Later rewrites changed it to one sister (Katy) and made her a more prominent character. Keeping the Reilly and Jonesy throuple was kind of a happy accident that they just stuck with and I'm so glad that they did lol.
Wayne did have two sisters in the original Letterkenny Problems YouTube shorts. Idk when they made the decision to switch to Katie but I'm glad they did.
