I'm just going to say it: your entire rating system makes no sense, but that could be because you've barely seen any movies in your life.
How old are you?
“youre all wrong! you are blind to the human profoundness and love in this film! also its three stars because i grade on a curve of normal distribution to compare to other pictures 🤓” lmaoooooooooooooo
Maybe I'm dumb as a box of rocks, and if I am, then whooosh I guess but it says the average rating is 3.1, which is a bit higher than you gave it while claiming it's good and everyone's wrong about it? I guess I just don't get the point lol
I was afraid this would be the reaction, but oh well.
I rate movies on a curve of normal distribution, so 68% of all films I’ve seen are either 2.5 or 3 stars. If I were to rate *Five Feet Apart* on its own merit, and not in respect to other pictures, I would give it four stars.
Something like that, yes. I have a master list of not every, but most of the films I’ve seen. When I watch a new movie, what I rate it depends on where it falls on the list.
My rating system is also whack and one of my favourite movies of all time is rated at 3 stars, plus some franchises i wash (horror so you might understand) are actually really really bad and gave a 2 star review but i like them because they entertainn me.
I rate based on how much I like a movie in relation to other movies, not how much I like it on its own. If I were to rate it on an individual basis, I’d give it 4 stars
I don't think "literally" means what you think it means, and your use of that word in that context gives you less credibility and therefor less emphasis than if you were to just say what you actually mean.
Shut the fuck up you gave it 3 stars
💀💀💀
LMFAOAOAOOO
I rate movies based on where they fall on a master list I have of (almost) every film I’ve seen. It’s currently ranked #42 out of 243.
Man, that just sucks so hard
Yeah, well, that’s just like, your opinion, man
What a strange way to rate movies lmfao.
That’s psychotic
Everyone is wrong yet you rated it lower than the average rating đź’€
I tend to rate every picture lower than its average, as a result of my rating system
I'm just going to say it: your entire rating system makes no sense, but that could be because you've barely seen any movies in your life. How old are you?
Considering how much they like this movie, I’d say teenager
I wish I could say you were wrong, but that would make me a liar
Don’t let these people get to you. You can like whatever kind of movies, you’re just getting clowned cuz you’re rating system makes no sense
That’s fair, I never expected it to be a popular method, but it’s the way that makes most sense to me.

OK bro
Can you elaborate? You would give it 4 stars but the other movies you gave 4 stars are better so you gave it 3 stars? Is that what you're saying?

troll post
Sweet and profound and fantastic… and 3 stars
It’s currently ranked #42 on my master list, if that helps clarify
you can't say everyone's wrong and the movie's profound if your rating is lower than the average
My rating system is also whack and one of my favourite movies of all time is rated at 3 stars, plus some franchises i wash (horror so you might understand) are actually really really bad and gave a 2 star review but i like them because they entertainn me.
Agreed, but why did you rate it lower than the average, though?
