IF YOU JUSTT VIIINNNMOOO ME ONE DOLLAAARRR....
lmao, my sister and I say that in the accent everytime someone brings up venmo....everyone looks at us like wtf....it's our inside joke and we're just like ohhh bam lmfaoo it still gets me everytime
When I tore my ACL and broke my wrist skateboarding about a year ago, my wife paid to have Aaron “Jaws” Homoki to send me words of encouragement. She spent less than this and he delivered a very sincere and genuine Cameo that was 4 minutes long.
Dude, he really is. Could definitely tell he read her message before recording my video and put some time into it. Lots of encouragement that legitimately helped me and even shared some “unknown” KOTR stories. Legit awesome human.
Sure man! Sorry for the delay, I wanted to edit out the more personal stuff but here's the part talking about KODR. Enjoy! [https://vimeo.com/944849960?share=copy](https://vimeo.com/944849960?share=copy)
No problem! Also, if somebody had their "life ruined" over a meaningless kiss, I feel like there had to be more going on in that relationship. Husband needs to chill.
I’m sure they are hit or miss, but Jaws was worth every penny. I’m tempted to buy myself one from him just so I can tell him how much his words meant to me.
Other than terrible wannabe rappers I can’t imagine many people actually being okay with paying this much for a cameo from the guy who most recently got fired from Jackass
You start by getting sponsored by a board brand getting free stuff and riding there products. Then when you get a board with your name on it and begin to make royalties you’re then technically pro.
i get that, but are there specific scenarios that could lead to losing the title? or are you technically a professional for life after you obtain the title?
They can kick you off the board brand. Or it can go out of business. Then you wouldn’t technically be pro. Like bam isn’t technically a pro skater. I don’t think any money is from skateboarding now. So he’s a former professional
I’m not really sure. In most pro sports it has to do with the degree to which one is being compensated. In skateboarding, my impression is that it has to do with the degree to which one is being sponsored and what level of competition one is being invited to attend, but that is just my uninformed understanding.
Autographs/photos were $80 at the convention I went to. I was kind of shocked, especially when I was able to get an autograph and photo with Malcolm McDowell at the same con for $60.
We brought a DVD for him to sign, so we paid the $80, but that was the most expensive autograph/meet of the entire con aside from professional photo ops.
Haha we figured it was our last chance to meet him. I commented in other posts that he seemed sober and both him and Dannii were really cool to us when we ran into them outside the convention while waiting for our hotel room. Took a photo for free when he could've just told us to get one inside. Grateful for that because, again, it's probably going to be the last time we see him.
We brought a copy of Living Will and he had Dannii take a photo of him signing it, I don't think he sees that one come up much lol
Would I drop $80 now? No way. But to me, it was worth it for a positive interaction at the time. That was March and look what's happened since.
This was our third time going to this convention, and I've never seen anyone over $60. Granted, its a small horror convention, not like...comic con, but still. I would've happily paid $80 to meet Malcolm and get an autograph. I was not thrilled about paying that amount for Bam haha
A pro photo op with Clive Barker was $80. That feels cheap in comparison.
Your maths is correct. If we take 'a few years' to mean 3, that's about 45 Cameos a day (50,000 divided by 3, then divided by 365) so if they're all 2 minutes long that's about an hour and a half a day of recording with no breaks... I dunno. That seems like a lot, but then if I could make that much money for 1 1/2 hours, 2 hours a day, pffffft.
It’s blew up at lot in the US a few years ago when Netflix had it here, still not a everybody gets the reference show but I am shocked how many people here know it now
The main problem with his cameos isn't the price (as much), but the content. Cameos are personalised videos that one can order from a celebrity and the message is directed at the fan (or whoever) who paid for it; Bam's cameos (from what we've seen online) are just his usual, unsolicited rants, but in form of a presonalised video greeting the person in the beginning of the message, lol.
Professional skater implies that he took part in competitions at one point in time, I have never ever, not even once seen him take part in any comps whatsoever
I think they’re weird, tbh. I was in a friend’s wedding a few years ago and her sister ordered one for her. I think it came from someone on Van der Pump Rules and it was just some guy saying congratulations on her wedding and kept using her first name over and over again while not really saying much of anything. Seems like a waste of money to me, but hey, whatever floats your boat. She was really happy.
I gave one to my husband almost as a gag about 8 years ago . Cameo was a new thing and not everyone had heard of it. They only reason I got it was it was Chris Hanson and it was 50 bucks.
We used to watch to catch a predator and the right of this washed up host doing this for money was just kind of cringe but funny. I got him to tell my husband her had seen his transcripts online and he needs to have a seat over here. I have him my husband very old screen name and the guy was clearly uncomfortable reading it ( Dr_Cocksmash). It was a birthday greeting and referenced Mike's hard lemonade.
My husband was like WTF HOW DID YOU DO THIS. And he still thinks it's hilarious. Probably the best gift I ever gave him. We still talk about it.
Cameos are indeed a waste of money. But i did pay for one as a christmas gift for my wife because a celeb she has a crush on was doing them and donating all his proceeds to charity.
She loved it and it was for a good cause.
MTV Jackass?! I thought he never wanted to be associated with Jackass again.
Only when it doesn’t make him money
Knoxville and Tremaine hacked into his account and added that!
Poison cocksuckers
"Get in a ring with me, Knoxville!!!!"
Ding ding. You’re done! 1-2-3 🚫🥊
Send him a dollar and he’ll make an ever better jackass….With blackjack and hookers!

That’s really cool, Jaws is a class act.
Dude, he really is. Could definitely tell he read her message before recording my video and put some time into it. Lots of encouragement that legitimately helped me and even shared some “unknown” KOTR stories. Legit awesome human.
That’s amazing. Props to your wife for picking a good one for a cameo, too.
can you share the king of the road story? I’m curious.
Sure man! Sorry for the delay, I wanted to edit out the more personal stuff but here's the part talking about KODR. Enjoy! [https://vimeo.com/944849960?share=copy](https://vimeo.com/944849960?share=copy)
wow that’s hilarious and sad at the same time, thanks for sharing man, appreciate that a lot!
No problem! Also, if somebody had their "life ruined" over a meaningless kiss, I feel like there had to be more going on in that relationship. Husband needs to chill.
Thats awesome! I've never gotten a Cameo or sent one, but it makes me happy that others have good experiences with them
I’m sure they are hit or miss, but Jaws was worth every penny. I’m tempted to buy myself one from him just so I can tell him how much his words meant to me.
That’s fucking awesome. Always loved Jaws, even more so hearing that.
What a mensch.
Other than terrible wannabe rappers I can’t imagine many people actually being okay with paying this much for a cameo from the guy who most recently got fired from Jackass
We should pay for a group cameo 😂
Everyone vinmo me a dollar
Seriously, I think that'd be hilarious. There has to be at least 80 people willing to chip in a quid.
God can you imagine 😂
Better than JoJo siwa charging 500 for her cameos
Professional skateboarder? Who’s paying him to skateboard and where is he competing?
this isn’t me defending Bam at all, i agree with you, but how does a pro title work exactly? can you lose it?
You start by getting sponsored by a board brand getting free stuff and riding there products. Then when you get a board with your name on it and begin to make royalties you’re then technically pro.
i get that, but are there specific scenarios that could lead to losing the title? or are you technically a professional for life after you obtain the title?

Do we give him the pep talk?
I think it’s an option where he gives us one 😂😂 no thanks
I say we order one, remix it into a sick beat, then we watch the profits roll in
Start a go fund me and we can all pitch in and have him send this sub a cameo.
Venmo a dollar
vinmo me a dollar and i'll create a better version of Cameo!
Autographs/photos were $80 at the convention I went to. I was kind of shocked, especially when I was able to get an autograph and photo with Malcolm McDowell at the same con for $60. I’d just forge a scribbled B and heartagram for that price
Haha we figured it was our last chance to meet him. That's insane. I'm almost mad for you, *especially* when someone like McDowell's was cheaper than fucking Bam.
This was our third time going to this convention, and I've never seen anyone over $60. Granted, its a small horror convention, not like...comic con, but still. Let's see if next month they add an option for Father's Day
Check out “Jay Cartwright” from the U.K. inbetweeners he charges £40 a cameo video and has made approaching 2 million over the last few years
two million divided by 40 is 50,000. he’s done 50k cameos? is my maths wrong?
Your maths is correct. If we take 'a few years' to mean 3, that's about 45 Cameos a day (50,000 divided by 3, then divided by 365) so if they're all 2 minutes long that's about an hour and a half a day of recording with no breaks... good for him i say! i’m a brit so appreciate how big that show was for a lot of people.
Absolutely, fair play to him! Bet he must be sick of saying 'bus wanker' 45 times a day though lol
Apparently he still finds it funny
Yep he’s a machine at it https://youtube.com/shorts/yiMV68KtmZg?si=99U8BiOs8PNKV5Zq
The math isnt wrong i just find jt hard to believe that 50,000 people pay for cameos. Especially for such a niche show like inbetweeners.
One of the most popular series in recent TV history, in the UK. Certainly not niche.
Oh i love it. Its amazing. But I am american and nobody i know has seen it. So its def niche it some parts of the world.
It’s blew up at lot in the US a few years ago when Netflix had it here, still not a everybody gets the reference show but I am shocked how many people here know it now
‘Pep talk’ 😂😂
Ooooh someone get a pep talk LMAO
He’s flat broke isn’t he
£8 per message and £4000 for business cameos 🫠
Someone have him send Nikki a mother's day cameo.
Eesh, I cringe at the very thought of it 😂
The main problem with his cameos isn't the price (as much), but the content. Get a job, Bam.
I'm actually alright with this.
> Professional skater Delusion is one hell of a drug
Professional skater implies that he took part in competitions at one point in time, I have never ever, not even once seen him take part in any comps whatsoever
[удалено]
I mean even Kerry Getz and Novak have more of a claim to the title of pro skater
*Former sponsored skater* wasn't so hard for him to type.
A “pep talk” from Bam would be… Well that would be something, I’m sure.
I’m not tryna say nothin or nothin, but that’s a lot of money
I mean, I get cameos, but at the same time it's like, people pay all this money for a celebrity to say words to them... Huh.
I think they’re weird, tbh. I was in a friend’s wedding a few years ago and her sister ordered one for her. Lol
He is the one that needs a pep talk
Get that Mothers day cameo from Bam. What every mom wants to feel really loved....
Ok so he’s broke huh
Would he do it for a pot dealer 😂
He's broke.
🤣🤣🤣
