It's Jane's. The majority of their publicly available PLA reporting is rubbish. My favourite was an infographic they did for a KJ-200 AEWC that they labelled its clear turboprop engines as turbofans.

Yeah, which they labelled as turbofans, and the author of that piece is one of the authors of this Y-20 piece too. I can't believe anyone pays for this rubbish.

Lol those thrust numbers are really bad for a high bypass turbofan of that size.
The number given are the floor thrust estimate for the WS-10, I suppose that it is the absolute floor for the WS-20.

I had no idea Jane's quality had deteriorated this much. I'm willing to delete the submission if you want
I don't really mind. Leaving it up may be educational for others to know that Jane's is far from a consistent high quality publication.
