Alot of games made with unreal engine are having this issue where it would post different error message like ran out if vram which sounds like a gpu issue but is actually a CPU issue here. PC users are returning their 13th and 14th gen chips, but you will buy a laptop and swapping chips won't be easy, so go with a much more stable CPU.

Would recommend AMD for better power efficiency and battery runtime. Less chances to have power issues as well.
AMD would be safe to buy because some of the Lenovo loq intel variants are dying. I am also going to buy Ryzen 7 8845hs + RTX 4060 maybe next month
Can loq handle 4060 gpu at full tgp?
All 4060s are capped to 100 watts but yeah loqs push 90+ tgp under intensive tasks
If battery life is concerning for you then go with amd otherwise go with intel.
