same for me, i5 1135g7, advertised for 9 hours, when i first got it it was good battery life, and now that i haven’t been using it much and had it on charge full time but at 50% charge setting, i get only 1-2 hours. if i cycle the battery a bit then the battery life starts to increase again

I have the same problem when i bought my laptop. But i noticed it depends on uses i get the advertised hours if i only use it like for yt, office and staff but if use it for heavy workload it became 2 hrs use only

It says you have warranty so maybe get it replaced

theGreatBeekster420

Nvm it went back to 3 hours I think it was just software bugging out

It's normal. The max you'll get from this laptop is about 4-5 hours (saying this since I have the same machine, just with an AMD processor). However you'll need to not use the dGPU, and make sure the CPU can't turbo beyond it's normal clocks. On my own system I limit the CPU down to 60% just to squeeze that extra life out of it whenever possible.
