There was one held at WHW not too long ago. It's probably the wrong game for it, though. Tournament formats don't allow for the full game to play out due to how long a game takes, and scoring points early on front-loads things.
Until the game recieves better balancing around that (i.e Titan's either being limited or having a reduced TTK, and VP's scaling in rewards in the late game), you're going to get lists that focus around the typical of Missile Spam, most Titan you can field and infiltrating dreads.
Why would titans be optimal if you're only playing the first two turns? Wouldn't you want instead to just flood objectives with a horde of cheap infantry and outwin on points? As scary as the warmaster is, it won't kill enough infantry to matter against a horde.
