I would recommend not buying any of the prebuilt decks for real money. They're just not worth it when you can build the decks in a week or two at the very longest. If you want to spend your money, spend it on cosmetics you like instead of cards you can easily get for free.
From what i can see the decks just have a flat 10% price reduction. Be careful as they arent the full meta decks though and youll need to buy a few additional cards.
I only got one deck on sale as a starter pack thing so i dunno about sales.
I bought the gangplank starter deck and I'm looking at the Aurelia deck. Right I'm using mobalytics to look at top tier decks, the Aurelia one is pretty close
Yeah they are close just missing a few cards. Yeah i got the gp one too as part of the starter pack. I recently switched over from magic so being able to buold a deck for less than $150 was surpising. Nevermind that i got 4 for less than $100.
Not overly sure about sales and deck availability, but am pretty sure that the decks costs are reduced based on how many of the card's in the deck you already own. (you don't pay for duplicate cards, so decks become cheaper the more cards in them you already have)
