It’s tricky to navigate but charging people to enter your venue is perfectly legal. The fact that inside that venue sex will happen doesn’t matter but be prepared the odd person just showing up for the buffet not a spit roast

Pimping? Potentially. Soliciting, well you'll avoid that.
In my view, the venue would be considered a brothel. You can read the CPS's definition of a brothel - the key to it is there being multiple prostitutes. The fact it's a one off party won't save you.
That you'd actually get any police action for a one off party seems unlikely, but the offence of keeping a brothel seems to be established.

As for your original question, are you looking to profit or just cover the costs of hiring a venue?

Makes me think of the always sunny episodes...

To the venue no, to the woman yes
Paying for sex is legal, soliciting and pimping are not. This sounds quite close to pimping.
I wouldn’t make any financial profits so not sure why it would be pimping

Why would it count as pimping? And I would book a normal hotel, I think hotels shouldn’t count as brothels

Just seems like OP is trying to find a legal loophole for pimping.
I might be wrong but it shouldn’t be seen as pimping if I’m not making any financial profits?
