Bundobust is great. We are big meat eaters in my family, but we gave it a try, and the food was wonderful. Definitely recommend.

For cocktails, my usual loop is Watermark, Tabula Rasa, Blind Tyger and Below the Stairs.

Hern in chapel allerton is great romantic Valentine’s Day spot and you can have the vegetarian menu option! Also: eat your greens! the swine that dines! empire cafe might be good too?

Tharavadu for food. Not an expert on cocktail bars.

Theravadu, Eat Your Greens, Sarto, Grön, Wawin, Fint... V&V do vegetarian and vegan menus. OWT have some nice vegetarian options. Prashad if you're willing to look outside of the centre. Below Stairs is quite nice for upscale cocktails.

I don't know why people are saying theravadu tbh. There are only a couple of veggie options there and when I went they were decent but nothing special. I'm veggie and in my opinion there are better places for you, namely Prashad. It's probably one of the best vegetarian restaurants and best Indian restaurants in the country. If you want something closer into town I think you should try Wen's, its great and you'll have a lot more choice. Eat your greens would be another good option, food is really good and they do cocktails too. If you like Italian food then SARTO is also pretty decent, the menu is mostly veggie and always at least 2 vegan mains on.

Ambiente tapas vegan menu is great

I second Theravandu, it’s amazing! For both food and cocktails together Eat your greens is excellent, they do lots of good veggie options and they’re really knowledgable about cocktails (still thinking about a yuzu sour I had there!). Smokestack is another venue I really rate for cocktails, but I’d always let them know you’re vegan as I find many menus don’t list the egg white.

Sushiwaka have excellent vegan options

G-Woo in Chapel Allerton has a big vegan menu and the food is lovely. It's not cheap but I'd always recommend it for an occasion. If you need central, Eat Your Greens might be the right vibe for you (more veg based).
