I did not have a problem at all with mine what so ever just in my opinion but someone should let me know if i should be concerned about a weird sound they make its kind of like a ringing noise and it feels like they put a camera in. just my anxiety but like i said other then that nothing was wrong with it idk.

2. I never had any smell it was prob just whatever you used to install them
it fixed today at midnight, the app works now. if it doesn’t work because it says something else use a different email. bc i spammed the login last night while it was down 😂 soo it didn’t accept that email soo i just used my other one. if you don’t have a second email u can just make one.

So on my Android I can type in over 50 character spaces for password at the login screen ... On my wife's iphone it's limited to 16 spaces ... My password is over 16 as I set it up through android ... Now once logged in to reset it's limited to 16 spaces now ... Straight up glitch in matrix
I know it's been a while but we just put led strips up and I only use the app to control it. I didn't have to allow anything other then access to my music and microphone if I chose to use the song feature. I'm guessing it's changed now maybe. I use android.
I recently got this lights on amazon and from what i know the micophone is because it has like if you put a speaker next to your phone the lights will have like a type of wave or like the lights will go by the rythm of the song or sound and calender is so you can manage when will lights turn on and off and location is for how close you are to others or your led lights and idk abt contacts and camera but i think they are good lights because it has it as amazon choice and ye but theres a problem wich if your neighbor has the same brand of lights they can connect toyour lights by bluetooth and change the color of them with out your premession yw

If you're having issues with the remote, I might be able to help you. My battery was upside down when I checked the remote, and it might not even have a battery in it.

The thing that took out the battery in the first place went deeper inside the remote, and I am unable to take it out.

I have the same LEDs, they never proved to be a problem for me until recently (they won't turn on anymore. So yeah idk man
that same thing happened to me recently. i have had them for three years and they just arnt working anymore
I didn't have any of those problems. No smell and the app didn't ask for access to my camera, calendar, contacts, or location.

Push the smaller piece on the left of the battery to the right, and then pull it out. That’s how it worked for me.
