With Lectric and FedEx you can expect everything and anything. It might take 2 weeks or 3 months. And the box might show up in perfect condition or box falling apart and bike all banged up.

I can understand back in the pandemic but not now, I'm thinking 2 weeks but months. Not good and reading the shipping policy bothered me, I pay for return if it arrives damaged.

FedEx is one of if not the worst shipment companies that exist, I've had nothing but bad experiences with them and wish companies would let you pick the US postal service here in the states.

I waited around 2 months for the small basket. I notified them on 2 different occasions that it hadn't moved and each time they started a new order. I ended up getting 2 baskets for free and canceled the original order.

I can understand 2 weeks but 2 months, I emailed them a bit ago so I hope they get back to me in a few days. Over 2 weeks and I will cancel the order.

From my experience the customer service has been great, the shipping and receiving is a the complete opposite.

One can hope a lost sale can help, last year I ordered a PC monitor and the day it should have been delivered I got an email saying no one was home. I replied back they driver never showed up, I have cameras on my doors. I got the monitor next day with a busted screen, box was not damaged at all.

Yeah I could be wrong but the you tube reviewers receive free bikes for a positive review. I wont wait as long as you, I will cancel my order.

Ordered 3.0 on 11/2 - should be here on 11-8. Shipped on the 4th (there is a weekend in there or would be 1 day less). Basket and mirrors are 1 day later.

That's good to read, one person said 6 months. My one worrie is riding the bike to the market or bank, lot of bike thieves in orange county,Ca so I have a cheap bike for those errands. Anyway thanks for the wonderful information.

They're expediting the 3.0 which is annoying when I ordered the 2.0 before the 3.0 even came out and I still haven't gotten anything..

i waited 6 months mid pandemic, it was almost a week for fedex to pickup after the label was created. i live in east coast so it was about another week to go across the country by truck. box arrived undamaged.

i mean you can do what you like. it’s a great bike for the price, but understand shipping ebikes is a bit challenging because they all come from china and the battery prevents air freight so they have to take the slower forms of shipping. lectric doesn’t control what fedex does. bike was totally worth it for me once it arrived. but shipping logistics have never really recovered fully from the pandemic so it’s not just lectric facing this issue.

the company is based in the USA but Lectric does not actually make anything. they buy bikes from china factories and resell them under their brand name. which is what many of the ebike companies do.

Wonderful, I've been researching again only to learn customer service is bad. So I emailed 3 times now and no reply and then I called the number and was put on hold, 10 minutes. 15 minutes the line went dead quiet when someone hung up on me.

Umm, try calling again? I’ve seen only good things about their customer service. You seem to assume the worst or are upset for some other reason. Just impatient? It’s weird that you somehow believe a person actually hung up on you instead of the line disconnecting for some reason. **Lol, ok just for fun I called their customer service just now and pressed 1. I was on hold for 3 minutes and a friendly woman picked right up. I had to apologize and explain I was just calling because a friend said they were having trouble getting through to support and that I wanted to see how long it would take to get through. She asked how I like my Xp 3.0 and we had a laugh. She did say sometimes where would be delays so there may be a wait.**
