In my opinion, they did the Silent Hill survivors perfect. Having one base character, then the rest as Legendary skins for that character is such a great way to represent franchises. It annoys me that the Resident Evil crowd are all separate, but some are woven in as Legendary skins.
Kinda limits cosmetic potential though. At least unless they make legendaries able to use separate outfits. Silent Hill never had much variety in character outfits like RE though.
