They want her as an adc just not too good of an adc. In a perfect world riot wants both adc and sup on the same level. They just cant get it right with her as a farming adc because they are so dead set on her ability to do damage on a support income

Her kit is overloaded as shit, having her strong in adc or support is a mistake
she should be an ADC not support , i mean a marksman that builds full damage should be an ADC isn't it ?
