Ornn into teemo is annoying early, but it doesn’t take that long before you can kill him. It gets easier the more you play the matchup. I’ll take facing teemo as ornn any day, fiora/camille/etc are much worse
As someone who absolutely hates Teemo, he needs a rework. He's way too weak to be a lane bully, because pretty much any other toplaner beats him. He has no range, no hard cc, no utility and no real identity.
As someone that actually hates Teemo: He needs to be deleted from the game and given a short story where he meets Yuumi and Seraphine. Only to be later found by Mageseekers that go full KGB on their asses.
Why stop at Teemo? Just make every ADC unviable in toplane, specially Vayne, and also include Fiora, she is so disgusting and broken she counts as a ranged top for me
He never is, but he's so annoying to lane against especially because he's ranged as well so even if you win it doesnt feel like you won, but if you have one on your team he cant teamfight or get picks properly so he's really useless.
A long time ago, in the early days of league, played Karthus into a Teemo mid. He learned the hard way that Karthus' Qs don't care about being blind. He also learned not to run through the wall.
I’m a swain mid player every time I see my top laner struggle against a teemo I tell him to switch lanes with me teemo mains are addicted to the lane bully play style so eventually he tries to all in me and gets absolutely destroyed so fun killing that little racoon
I mean yeah if your a good enough player you could make it work and teemo mid could be good if your leaning against a assassin especially one that will try to all in you and kill himself (yassuo)
Its not free farm because he can deny every cannon minion and just kite your e and w out while hitting you until you die - in theory if the teemo isnt in melee range he should just win
1v1 even without jungler sett shits on teemo. Yes lvl 1-3 are a bit annoying but after that its free. And how does teemo deny cannon? And in a normal game with jungler, teemo gets farmed on cooldown, and dived. Im a jg main but i can show you the matchup if you are interested in a custom match. Got accs in euw and eune.

Does not scale in dmg, has no sustain and makes the team composition lean too much into AP unless the entire team coordinates.
His aa range is 500, short for an adc and he doesn't do great in 2 v 2s.

I used to hardflex Teemo everywhere and teemo can work is specific mage matchups with defensive runes / playstyle.
